The location was absolute waterfront and our hosts Ken and June were so warm and helpful. The complimentary hamper was so much more than we expected and everything was in close proximity. True value for money and ideal Summer/Winter holiday.

We have been enjoying the many benefits of Mollymook Beach Waterfront for a number of years now. Our most recent stay was no exception. Our arrival at Reef Break always feels like coming home as every aspect of our stay has been thoughtfully executed in the fully self-contained apartment. Apart from our own personal luggage, nothing else is required. For example, the sumptuous and complimentary welcome hamper ensures that we were well nourished for the first couple of days.
Each modern apartment has their own entrance off the main foyer/office while our hosts, Ken & June, conveniently live up stairs and so can be called upon should we need any assistance during our stay. They were an invaluable resource for anything from outdoor activities to restaurant recommendations.

We have been enjoying the many benefits of Mollymook Beach Waterfront for many years now. As such, I feel I am in a position to competently comment on the consistency of both the property and service provided as both are second to none.
There are 2 fully self-contained apartments, each with their own entrance. Your hosts, Ken & June who live on site, can be called upon should you need any assistance during your stay. They are an invaluable resource for anything from outdoor activities to restaurant recommendations and where to find excellent retail therapy. Conversely, you need not see them at all should that be your preference.
Room Tip:Â Either apartment will exceed your expectations.

This is our second stay at Mollymook Beach Waterfront and we've booked again for next year! Having travelled the east coast of NSW we've never stayed in better accommodation. The apartment is private, quiet, spotless and has everything you need, including a generous basket of gourmet treats, wine and essential items. The views are stunning and on both stays we've sighted whales and dolphins from our accommodation. The area provides an array of dining options which we love. Ken and June are excellent hosts who are friendly, approachable and highly respectful of privacy. It's a very, very special place.

Ken and June were exceptional hosts. The property was ideally located looking over the beach with the surf break directly in front of the property and a great view of the surfers each day. Mollymook Beach Waterfront was beautifully appointed with everything you need for your stay. A delightful welcome starter hamper with hot and cold breakfast options, snacks and wine was most appreciated. A fully stocked DVD library, smart TV with netflix and a comprehensive information folder with suggestions for eating out, takeaway and recommendations for how to spend your time. If you stay in your apartment and choose not to venture out, you are treated to the most serene and relaxing experience. Ken is so welcoming, always happy to offer recommendations and shares his great love of the local area. I highly recommend a stay at Mollymook Beach Waterfront. You will want to return.

We were so impressed with everything about this lovely apartment. The location was amazing, the hosts were friendly and helpful, the apartment was spotless and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Eating the breakfast provided in our welcome pack watching the early morning surfers was a highlight.

The Waterfront at Mollymook is a gem amongst a glittering array of highlights on this part of the NSW coast. Close to the iconic Mollymook Beach, ideal for the experienced surfer, those who want to throw a line in or just stroll on the sand. The apartments are fully self contained with a very generous breakfast hamper and refreshments on arrival. Looking forward to our next visit.

Mollymook Beach Waterfront has everything that you need in a self-catering holiday plus more. We had poor weather during our stay however I can't think of a better place to stay and ride out the stormy weather. The view is perfect and the well-stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated during those wet days. Thankyou Jan and Ken! The unit was very quiet and private and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and all kitchen amenities were of a high standard. We loved the little barbeque on the patio and are wondering now why we recently bought an expensive barbeque as the little electric barbeque at Waterfront was so easy to use and to clean. The large library of DVDs were an added bonus when the weather closed in. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the beach from where you can walk directly into Mollymook. We did need to use the car when we went out to dinner, however we realised this before we arrived so we were prepared. It is only about 5 minutes to drive into Ulladulla where there is a great variety of cafes and restaurants. Ken and Jan were the perfect hosts and we cannot fault their little business which they take great pride in.

Absolutely beautiful and outstanding views. Great modern unit with all amenities plus extras, don’t need to bring anything. Host (Ken) wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. Were pleasantly surprised at a lovely welcome package of food and wines and fridge full of complimentary eggs, bacon and toast condiments. Comfortable large bed (king size). Full kitchen and appliances, lovely covered patio to sit on and relax whilst watching views (possible whales going by). Bathrobes, extra pillows and blankets as well. Very nice stay, highly recommend. We will be back.
