This is our third visit to the Studio at Pinn Cottage. Cosy log fire awaited us on our arrival and not one but three beautiful vases of flowers from the garden. Did two bike rides one of 70k and the other 50k. Lovely scenery and surrounding countryside. Thanks Terry - see you again next year - so pleased you had... More

This is a little gem of a place. Terry made us feel extremely welcome. She was so proud of the history. We stayed in the studio room. It was spacious and comfortable. The fireplace made the room warm and cosy and added a touch of romance when sitting with a glass of wine looking out onto the beautiful tranquil garden.... More

We've just returned home to suburban Sydney, after a weekend stay at Pinn Cottage. Already, we miss the sweet scent of the lush green garden that surrounded us, we miss the gentle daily song of the birdlife; mainly magpies, we miss the gentle aroma of the unknown yet familiar herbs around our cottage, we miss the comedy of the two... I stayed at Pinn Homestead with my partner and daughter last weekend. We all had such a lovely stay. The homestead is beautiful, the gardens are gorgeous and in a place where it is so private. I would highly recommend this b&b.

Currently residing in the cottage on business trip (several weeks). While it's -7C outside, the crackling log fire fills the room with glowing warmth and casts jumping shadows up the walls. Beautiful.

My husband and I have stayed in Pinn Cottage twice over the past two years and both visits were relaxing and quiet. The first time in Autumn, we sat by the fireplace and relaxed with dinner and a glass of red wine - just wonderful. The leaves on the trees were beginning to fall and it was really very pretty.... Stayed here for two nights in the studio. Very peaceful and lovely to sit by the fire relaxing and reading. I was so pleased I read the review about the minimal facilities in the kitchenette. I took my slow cooker and pre prepared red wine and garlic sauce - left that simmering with some fat lamb shanks whilst we went... More

It's a nice enough little place, but there isn't really a kitchenette - you couldn't, say, fry eggs and bacon there. It just has a microwave on the floor in a cupboard under a cramped sink (pretty strange). Bed was good, lounge with fire was good and some nice books but overall this is less quality than I am used... More

In response to the 4 reviews "okay but not one to return to", "Overpriced", "Overpriced" and "adequate but pricy", posted over a number of years by members of one local family... We can confidently say that our prices from $60/person with continental breakfast is very reasonable. We are a Bed and Breakfast, and it has always been our priority to... More
