Great price for Deluxe King Room with an actual comfy king bed!!! Clean, quiet, friendly staff...will return. Wonderful bird life around the pool. Air conditioning was a bit slow and not very strong, but only a minor detail. All above, excellent!!

Big rooms (dated like all others say). My room smelt a little musty. Hot hot water which was nice after a long day traveling. I am surprised at all other comments regarding comfort of beds. I found bed and pillows to be like bricks! Definitely pack your own if visiting. Staff were polite but not "friendly" if that makes sense.... More

Good well run motel. The rooms are looking tired and well used. Value wise Its pretty good as there's a very basic continental breakfast included. The bathrooms are massive but in need of an update along with the rest of room. Found the toilet door difficult and awkward to open and close? I understand these are fairly new owners and... More

My wife and I stayed here last night and found the motel to be a nice experience along with the town itself. Friendly owners and a nice room within walking distance to everything. The room and the bathroom were large and very clean. Our room had a Bath and shower and we got no traffic noise even though the hotel... More

We stayed overnight, heading north. This is a well run motel. It's clean and spacious, offers a good breakfast, and parking is easy. The restaurant was not available (because of a private function) so we opted for a Chinese takeaway. Next time we stay, we hope we can eat in.

Our family of 3 found this a very comfortable hotel for our overnight stay. The room was huge, the shower pressure amazing and the free perfect for our needs. We would especially like to thank Bob for his help in finding and returning an item left behind by my son.

Visited Coonabarabran for a few days to do a photographic essay on the town. Arrived late in the afternoon after a 7 hour drive and was greeted warmly by the owner. Stayed in a standard room which was generous in size, with a sitting area, queen size bed, large work desk and enormous bathroom which was modern and very clean.... More
