Easiest Check in, free parking on site, I stayed in room 2 and it was spotless. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was normal size, shower and water pressure was excellent. The room facilities were standard for a motel but anything else you are just wasting your money. Motel also has a pool but considering you walk across the...

From checking to departure, the one member of staff I saw was helpful but not that friendly. Her attitude was slightly hostile and felt I was interrupting her day each time I visited reception. A genuine smile would of soften thinks all round. As for the room I stayed in, it was clean and tidy, but felt that the bathroom...

What this accommodation lacks in wow-factor, it makes up for in cleanliness, location and wonderful friendly service. The pool is a bonus and, like the rest of the accommodation, was crystal clean. We were in the most basic room but it was as spacious as most hotel rooms I've stayed in and the linen felt like I was in a...

Spent two nights here, very neat and clean. Staff extremely helpful assisting with restaurant selections. Has been renovated so very comfortable, with good beds and linen. Walking distance to the beach, the shops and many restaurants. Good value for money.

This place is not fancy but its clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and excellent location. Hundreds of meters from town makes it far enough away to be quiet but minutes to bars, restaurants, etc. And most importantly its literally 2 mins from the sand at main beach. This trip I saw multiple pods of whales in the bay spraying and breaching....

It is a typical motel next to one of the main roads through Byron Bay. The room was clean and walking distance to beach & city center. You can hear the traffic. No restaurant etc available. For sleeping in Byron it is a good option.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We're pleased you enjoyed your stay. It may be that you stayed on a Tuesday evening, in which case the restaurant is closed. Basiloco operates 6 days a week, of an evening. We hope you can visit again another time so you can enjoy their culinary delights and the convenience...

I stayed here on business and found this hotel average. Rooms were clean and acceptable standard. If you don't like stairs note there is no elevator so ask for lower level if you have bags or are a little infirmed. Most annoying was that this motel has no food offering. Really annoying when you cant get breakfast. There is a...

Thank you for taking the time to comment. Our motel does offer a Continental breakfast however as stated to you with our staff, orders need to be placed the night before and not on the morning of your requirements. The restaurant attached to the motel opens each evening for meals excepting Tuesdays - it does not offer breakfast but less...
