Hotel is fine..... But the food in carclaze was shocking!!! Ordered burger and chips.it was out inside 3 minutes!!! Luke warm and very over cooked!!! Quite surprising when I had to wait over an hour for a table.. Which was in the bar!! Won't be back 😡

Great location, Fantastic hotel, friendly service. Greeted by Lisa on reception who was fantastic and really friendly. She couldn't do enough to help. She even made our booking for our evening meal which I had missed. This is how a Premier Inn should be.

Accommodation very good, well trained reception staff. Manager went out of her way to provide alternate bedroom as my wife has difficulty using a bath.Very pleasant staff. Restaurant seemed to be under pressure at times.

Friendly staff which made the check in easy and straight forward, helped to book a table for our evening meal and breakfast for the morning. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the coast.

Amazing staff, great value and a location which means you can walk to the Eden Project along the Clay Trails. We did the walk with our 8 and 10 year old children and it was a great day out. Thank you Premier Inn!

Excellent place to spend a few wonderful days during the Christmas period. Visited Gorran Haven Christmas day for a walk on the beach and Charlestown Boxing day and witnessed the Boxing day swim. Visited family.

The room was very big (Room 102) and had a nice view outside but the single beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the room was quite hot during the night. The facilities were good and staff were friendly. The restaurant next door was also good except it was very busy (the staff said it was rare to see it...

Well suited accomodation to explore the St Austell and Mevigissey area of Cornwall Stayed at the back of the accomodation ( room 120) great views of the sea. Accomodation and service was to the high standard expected, when you stay at a Premier Inn
