A great stay at Premier Inn, Carclaze. Staff were polite and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. A Good nights rest had by all. The food was excellent with plenty of choice on the menu and breakfast was outstanding with a choice of continental or full english. A short drive from the town centre or just a fiver in...

Room was ideal, bed very comfortable, staff very friendly. Cost of room is reasonable as long as you book in advance. Booking close to your stay makes it very expensive. Down side is cost of breakfast, at £9.00 seems rather expensive. Afraid we ate at local café for half that cost!

Very nice location just 5 minuets away from the Eden Project. The room was very nice, had really good shower facility's and the bed was very comfy. Car park was really big and had lots of cctv cameras around.

The room was very clean and maintained to a good standard.. loved the powerful shower. And the bed was comfy. Room was cold but they gave me a electric heater. Only issue was creaky floorboards. Would stay again

It's a travel lodge, they're pretty much all the same inside. The main difference between each is staff, location and cleanliness. This hotel is located in a decent central spot if you're happy to drive or cycle to nearby attractions. It's popular with trades people and is often full with workmen working on the nearby roadworks. The attached pub is...

Above average Premier Inn, tidy, clean and staff were good. Nice pub next door. Large bed, large modern TV, tea making facilities, hairdryer. Ok, but the floor panels creak really badly, in my case from the corridor outside and from the room above, sounded a bit like the rigging shifting on an old sailing ship... several times a night !...

We were vacationing from the States and just wanted to thank the very kind and friendly staff at St Austell Premier Inn. 'Miss Lisa' in particular greeted us and was very helpful. All the staff were great, but one petite young lady, please forgive me for forgetting her name, but she went out of her way to help with our...
