This place is a rare gem of a B and B. So centrally located in St Austell Cornwall you can bus/train to all attractions within easy walking distance from there. The B&B itself is a delight. It's roomy, very clean and the hosts Jackie and Jim couldn't be more welcoming on arrival. Rooms had everything you need and breakfast was plentiful... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in September. We arrived to a lovely warm welcome, and the house is gorgeous, we stayed in The Red Room. The room was very spacious and clean, with a good hospitality tray, and a good sized en-suite. The breakfasts are really plentiful, and cooked to perfection, Jackie is ever so friendly, nothing is too much... More

This building is a lovely old building tat has been made modern but with keeping it original features. Our room was the Green room and it was lovely. Quite large with a spacious bathroom en-suite. Jackie, the owner was really friendly and very helpful with places to go and visit and places to eat. I would certainly return and would... More

We spent a week here and, thanks to the efforts of Jackie & Jim, we had a wonderful stay. Having travelled here by train we would have to rely on buses and trains for our transport around Cornwall. Both bus and rail stations were a matter of yards away - brilliant ! The Green Room, with its own balcony, was... More

A very Hospitable atmosphere, Jackie was wonderful, Room was the B's Knee's. I wanted to take the bed home with me. A Shower that you could run around in! As I am 6"4' tall. Big beds and showers are a must, I cant stand the usual small bath with a shower in (bloody shower curtains always want to wrap themselves... More

Greeted most warmly on our arrival and were immediately offered a cup of tea. The room and beds were beautifully clean and comfortable. (It was just a pity there wasn't space for 2 easy chairs). The choice and quality of breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for Jackie, the owner. The location is very convenient and is... More
