Greg and Linda are wonderful hosts. We had a genuine warm and friendly greeting at the front door on arrival from Greg and he gave us a tour of their lovely, comfy and fabulous home. As our holiday was a late Anniversary present to ourselves Linda had arranged a lovely bottle of Champagne and chocolates in our room. So thoughtful,...

My partner and I stayed for 1 night on our way down west. Wish we had booked for longer now. Very friendly couple and lovely homely place to stay. So peaceful and relaxing and central for everything. Will defiantly be back.

This is a lovely spacious split level house. Our room was large very clean and well equipped, we lacked nothing. Gregg was an excellent host and his breakfasts were more than enough to last until evening meal, which again Gregg was a mind of information to were the best places to eat were. We stopped here for one night after visiting the Eden project. Greg was super helpful and very welcoming. Our room was lovely with plenty of space and a comfy bed. We also had access to the spacious lounge, and huge outdoor decking area. We slept well in this peaceful home and would highly recommend staying here.

The guesthouse itself is lovely internally, very clean with beautifully decorated bedrooms, guest only living room, bar, decking and sauna. Greg serves a full English breakfast - beautifully cooked and enough to last until supper-time! Our hosts were...

We stayed for one night at Topos, which is a shame because the place really is lovely and great to relax in after a long day of activity. We camped the prior three nights and wanted a refresher from the rough sleeping - we're very glad we did! On arriving Greg gave us a quick tour of the beautiful place...

Cannot fault the stay. Pity it was so fleeting. Arrived late to a friendly welcome from Greg. Comfy bed. Brilliant breakfast. Very hospitable. If staying in or near St Austell again I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. House is an architects dream. Thanks
