We stayed for 5 nights in this great B&B and were very happy with the great service, big room (with 4 poster bed and antique furniture) and good breakfast choices. The owner Nikki, was very welcoming, relaxed and knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and comfortable and we felt very much at home - all helped by Nikki's... More

Lovely B&B with amazing service. The room I stayed in was prefect and had everything I needed for my stay. The choice of breakfast available was also perfect with everything i could have wished for. I would definitely stay here again and would recommended it to anyone staying in St Austell.

Wanted a 'cheap and cheerful' place as a base for a mini-break. The Arches was one of the few affordable B and B's in the area and proved to be a great find. It was a short walk in to St Austell and perfect for everything we needed. Nikki was really friendly and helpful and the room was very clean... More

We stayed for three days to attend a family wedding. We felt that we made an excellent choice in choosing the Arches as our base. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel really welcome and was allocated the Red room for our stay We both found we had everything we needed and after a long drive the... More

We had booked to go to Cornwall for the week leaving on the Monday but as the weather was so lovely decided to leave a day earlier, booking into The Arches. We where so pleased to be met by a lovely lady on arrival and her beautiful dog Merlin. We was made to feel at home and the B&B itself... More

We chose the Arches as our base for a 3 day sightseeing trip around Cornwall. The location was ideal although on a noisy main road. Nikki does a wonderful job as hostess and makes you feel welcome in her home. The room we had was compact but comfortable and well suited our needs. Breakfast was a treat with an extensive... More

We stayed at the Arches for our Cornwall walking holiday and it proved very friendly and comfortable. The most important aspect of our stay was the friendly or even homely feel to it. That is also the reason why we choose to stay in a B&B rather than in a hotel. The landlady Nikki and her friend and family are... More

Very friendly family run B & B. Very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and the full English was lovely. Easy walk into the centre of St Austell and nice quiet location. Highly recommended 😀

Arches b&b is situated near to the town of St Austell. Nick was a good host, comfortable beds, great breakfast with a good choice, something for everyone. We have stayed at the Arches twice now and it's central for the Eden project and the lost gardens of Heligan.
