Loved the character of this house. Nikki the owner was very friendly and helpful! The bed was comfy and the space of the room was uterlised well. Only issue is parking there are only a few spaces in a very tight uphill entrance but I know this is an ongoing problem this area. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

What a lovely Surprise! A bedroom complete with four poster bed and en-suite spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated we did enjoy our three day stay here. Nicki, the owner, made us very welcome and provided an excellent breakfast, we did enjoy the 'help yourself' toast and coffee. As an added bonus we made the aquaintance of Merlin, a splendid Alsatian... More

Absolutely lovely stay, very welcoming, friendly, hospitable landlady. Well trained edition to the b&b Merlin the Alsatian pup is so well behaved, loving and friendly, he doesn't bother you, very respectful of visitors (this is from a person whose extremely apprehensive of dogs). We had a lovely stay, for one night. We slept in the family room which was ideal. A double bed, a single bed plus a travel cot but enough space that we didn't feel like we were all in the same room. Sky TV. Very comfortable beds. Lots of hot water. Incredibly clean. Delicious breakfast - mmm! Very friendly owner.... More

A very warm welcome from the owner of this b&b. We stayed in the family room which was clean and spacious. A delicious breakfast with loads of choice. The dog is truly adorable and very well mannered. Great if you're visiting Eden project as only 10-15 minutes away. I Would recommend using your sat nav to find this b&b.

Nikki is a very good host along with her apprentice, Merlin the dog! Loved the convenience of the bar fridge in the room. Great breakfasts Location is good for exploring the lower half of Cornwall such as St Mawes, Falmouth, St Ives, Lands End, Mevagissey etc. Close to Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project
