Amazing B&B in a particular location in the St. Austell valley. Great hosts, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Quality and variety of food both at breakfast freshly cooked and dinner is excellent. Room is comfortable well equipped for a B&B. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy a drink both inside and in the gardens which are extensive, encorporating... More

However having booked an evening meal for 19.30pm on the first evening we waited 50 minutes for our first course. Intending to have a bottle of wine and desert, we tried in vain to catch the waitresses eye but to no... More

An excellent choice. Triple Room was well appointed, clean and spacious. Grounds are awesome with lovely decking area and pond. Owners and staff very helpful and best breakfast had for long time! Conveniently located for Esen Project, St Austell, Charlestown or many other nearby beaches.

The gardens, breakfasts and rooms were all great. We had a couple of evening meals at the Inn and food was good. On our last night we did get forgotten and were a... More

Francesca and Kernow were very welcoming my husband and myself stayed at the Waterwheel lnn for four nights, room was lovely clean and tidy breakfasts were really good.shame about the busy and sometimes noisy road that runs alongside the lnn. Garden was absolutely lovely will be a great asset to the business when finished.
