We arrived late afternoon on Saturday and straightaway Sue made us feel very welcome. She stopped what she was doing and made us a pot of tea with biscuits. Our room was very comfortable and like the rest of the house, absolutely spotless. We were able to come and go as we pleased. Both Sue and Neil gave us plenty of...

Visited St Agnes for a wedding - lovely town and beautiful cove. Kimberley B&B was excellent value for money: very helpful hosts, clean, pretty rooms and a good hearty breakfast on offer - what more could you want? We intend to stay there again next time we visit. Thank you Neil and Sue for a lovely time! Janice and Chris...

This is a lovely B and b in a beautiful location in St Agnes. The owners were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us with directions/local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed a lovely and hearty cooked breakfast each morning of our stay.

Good food for evening meals can be found at The St Agnes Hotel and the Taphouse in St Agnes village centre, and at the Driftwood Spars down...

My wife and I stayed at Kimberley for 3 nights, and thoroughly agree with Fiona G that we couldn't find a better B&B. The wonderful facilities, coupled with Sue and Neil's encyclopaedic knowledge of the whole area, all offered and delivered with great enthusiasm and charm made our stay truly memorable. We were in the area to do a few...

Neil and Sue were both very friendly and accommodating. Sue offered us tea and biscuits int eh garden on our arrival, despite there being tea available in our room. The room was wonderful and the shower pressure incredible. Breakfast was lovely each day and served in a wonderful, light and bright dining room. Nothing was too much trouble for them...
