Another short stay at this very welcoming hotel. Why? Very welcoming. Good rooms. Excellent food. Where else could you get be, breakfast and evening meal for £6.50 for 1 night. Free car park and easy to find.Sharon, the manageress, makes you welcome from the moment you get there, and Peter on the Bar has my sense of humour-diabolical!

Why do we keep going? It is only a 3 hour journey from home. Always made welcome. Food is excellent. The care is superb. Because Sharon was worried about the lack of warmth in my usual room she arranged for me to be moved at short notice, even though she was going off duty. My daughter is wheat intolerant, but...

My husband and I travelled down to Cornwall for an autumn break at the end of October, this being our third visit to Rosemundy House Hotel and all was good as it always is. Beautifully situated in it's own grounds on the edge of St. Agnes. Food plentiful, provided by friendly and attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. Good buffet...

This hotel is set in its own grounds on the edge of St Agnes. On arrival the outside Christmas decorations were lit, and as we came inside we were greeted with a really colourful Christmas scene. After an efficient check-in we entered our first floor room. Although pleasant the overall feel was that it needed a 'makeover'. There is no...

We stayed for 5 nights at the Rosemundy House Hotel. It now has 40 bedrooms, 6/7 of which are on the ground floor, via a couple of steps. When we stayed there, the pool had been emptied for the winter months. The whole place is looking a little tired and in need of some serious TLC. There are 2 access...

I stayed here for 5 days with a coach party last week. Although the standard rooms a a bit shabby and my bathroom was very small, my overall view of the hotel is very good. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food was brilliant! I have had much worse in top hotels. It...
