Great self catering lodge; we stayed in St Issey. Great location and nicely kitted out. Has WiFi, which these days is a must I believe. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for four; although these people would probably need to be related or close friends. Given it four out of five because of this and because of the spiral staircase... More

We stayed at the Tzitzikama Lodge, primarily because we were travelling with our dogs and it was close to where our daughter is living. We made an excellent choice. The room was very roomy and comfortable with a very large, clean bathroom with a shower and a bath. Most places that allow dogs are a little shabby, but this was... More

Tzitzikama is where we go for an impromptu Cornwall fix. It is well situated and one of the few places that takes dogs. It is always spotlessly clean and the atmosphere is completely relaxed. The rooms and bathrooms are an excellent size and the owners are friendly and accommodating.

We have loved Tzitzikama since we first started to bring the kids to Rock. It's a small friendly community of self catering and B&B regulars who annually return to the best kept secret in Rock . From the front door to rock ferry is 15 minutes pleasant walk and all rocks shops are a minute up the road. The new... More

Stayed in one of the self catering lodges - far better than expected - don't think the website pictures do it justice. Studio but larger than many one bedroom places I've stayed! Very spacious, clean with private patio that joins large communal grass area. Great to get full size bathroom (so many places only have a shower room) and change... More

We stayed for a long weekend and it was well positioned for what we needed and the place was clean, tidy and spacious. We had our little one with us in the room and it was more than spacious and relaxing. We had no problems, didn't expect too much but found the owners to be polite and responsive. Would happily... this is our fifth year staying here in one of the lodges. The owners are nice and friendly and run a fantastic business. The lodges are clean bright and have everything you need without all the clutter. They are in a good location near all the shops and about twenty minute walk down to the beach and ferry over to... I have been coming to rock annually for around 16 years, normally staying at St enodocs but only just discovered this as Enodocs were full. The rooms are clean and spacious and parking ample and secure Comfortable residents lounge Ask for directions to the "back road" down to the golf course and beach The best part for business back home... We stayed there for a couple of nights and the location is quite convenient. The rooms are large and airy, and the place is overall clean. However the staff/owner(?) are not professional. On arrival no one was at reception (a board says that you have to phone for someone to come greet you), and when they came 5 mins afterwards... More

We chose a B & B instead of a hotel in the expectation of meeting welcoming, friendly local owners. Sadly this was not the case. The owners did not engage with the customers other than providing a good breakfast. They were often out and turned the heating off during the day. Since the weather was unseasonably cold we found this... More
