This was our first visit, but won't be our last. We stayed 4 nights and had a sea view room. Located on a clff top down a no-through road, this is a haven of peace and quiet. Staff are professional yet personable and empathetic. Hotel is dog-friendly and hospitable. Immaculately clean rooms, extra comfy bed, sparking bathroom Excellent kippers at... More

My husband and I , together with our dog, stayed in Rebecca, one of the hotel's apartments overlooking Mullion Cove. The location was superb, with a view over the harbour and the Coast Path. The apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay and all the furnishings and equipment were very high quality. The weather was rather indifferent... More

We chose Mullion Cove Hotel as a base, so that we could walk the coast path between Porthleven and The Lizard. The Hotel was built by the Great Western Railway, when there was a plan to continue the Helston branch line down to the Lizard. A plan which never came to fruition. It would have been nice to see a... More

Disappointed by limited menu; small helpings & poor service despite relatively high cost. Dining room lacked any atmosphere. There are better dinner options available at the many local pubs & restaurants on the Lizard.

Walked over the cliff to eat at Mullion Cove Brasserie on two occasions. The first night we enjoyed fillet steak and the second night we pre-ordered lobster and both meals were excellent. The service was discreet but friendly and we will certainly go back.

My husband took myself &our little dog on a mini break to this beautiful hotel recently to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. I had noticed it when we visited Mullion Cove in July and dreamed of a break there, as it is in the perfect position overlooking the ocean. The location of this hotel is top notch with very commanding views... More

We went to the restaurant, I thought the food was very average, the starters and main courses are old fashioned basic recipes which are expensive given the price. I was disappointed when we ordered three scoops of sorbet for the desert and got two sorbet and one ice cream and were told we were wrong when we mentioned it. We... More

This was our 2nd visit to Mullion Cove Hotel this year...simply because it's the best! We stayed in one of their apartments previously but decided to spend a couple of nights in the hotel this time. From the moment we walked in until we left the staff were utterly outstanding. Food was delicious and plentiful even for our big appetites.... More

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and had really high expectations but were very disappointed. We booked the premier balcony room but the room was so tatty. The paint was peeling off the walls, the carpet was faded, the balcony needed a good sweep and when my partner opened the curtains in the morning the whole lot came down... More

Just returned from Mullion Cove and had a lovely time. The location is fantastic - on the coastal path so great for walking and with beautiful views. The hotel has an old fashioned aura to it but is beautifully decorated and our room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent and we ate in the main dining room several nights during... More
