Perched on the cliffs on the Lizard Peninsula, amongst 12 acres of mature Cornish gardens, this contemporary seaside hotel offers stunning views across Mounts Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and has its own beach – Polurrian Cove. The communal areas have a relaxed welcoming feel, whilst the bedrooms are homely with fluffy towels, feather bedding and comfy beds. The restaurant menus feature dishes inspired by the rustic and bold flavours of the Mediterranean, and use the finest local Cornish ingredients, with many dishes being cooked in a wood fired oven. There’s a range of facilities to make a stay enjoyable, including two swimming pools, a gym, tennis courts and a spa offering pampering treatments.

Stayed for one night in March, using the Travelzoo offer which was really good value. The hotel has recently been refurbished and looks very well presented, in a slightly quirky, vintage style. The bar and lounge have specacukar views over the sea and this is a good place to

We arrived to find a spacious room, nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly and efficient. The evening meal and breakfast were both excellent. Coastal/sea views from the hotel bar are fabulous. We would definitely visit again.

Dear Reecey43, Thank you for the great review. We had some fantastic kids’ activities running over Feb half term, my favourite being the sand modelling on the beach and the amazing mermaid that the kids created! We will be running these activities during school holidays to ensure we can make great family holiday memories. Thanks again for the review, Steve

Hello - thank you for your enquiry and interest in Polurrian Bay Hotel. Unfortunately room 107 has already been reserved for the last weekend in September (someone else who had the room recommended to them!) but please do give us a call at the hotel and we can check specific dates for you and tell you about our other lovely rooms. We do serve afternoon teas at the hotel and all rooms have lovely huge fluffy robes in them. I hope this helps but please ring us at the hotel for more information. Clare Front of House Manager
