How very "selective" your review is! Your party was not happy with sharing the Smugglers bar with football fans, complaining that it was too noisy. They certainly were not drunk. As a responsible Publican, I would have refused to serve a customer who was drunk....More

Visited about 3 times . Crowded but atmospheric bar with good service . Had one meal upstairs which was fine . Had better view and value at The Sharksfin and better value at Blue .
Definitely a good pub for a drink.
This is an ancient and very good boozer tucked away in tiny street beside the Post Office. Great little bar that's very well stocked and the beer was excellent. The fish menu is incredible and the food was delicious.
