We celebrated our anniversary this year in Mevagissey and, based on the excellent reviews for TOP, selected to stay with Tim & Izzy. Without a doubt the reviews were spot-on. Their lovely B&B provided us with an outstanding base to explore the town and surrounds. The breakfasts were delicious and the room exceptionally comfortable. I couldn't recommend TOP more highly.

This is our third stay with Izzy and Tim at the Old Parsonage. We had a great time and thanks for the warm and welcoming weekend. Our room was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable and the accomodation is minutes away from the harbour. We hope to see you next year at the Shanty Festival.

I had the mezzanine single room that I chose after my last stay here 12 months ago. Small and cosy. We block booked the accommodation together the other members of High and Dry shanty singing group. Issy was very accommodating and allowed us to use the lounge to rehearse .

Recommended by a friend as a dog friendly B&B. We have a 5 month old puppy. We were on the ground-floor which was ideal. Izzy and Tim are fantastic hosts, they welcome you, and your puppy, with open arms and a sausage patty for Donald, the pup. The breakfast was unbelievable, Tim bakes blueberry muffins, Izzy is a mine of information and recommends good dog friendly pubs and beaches. Rather sad to leave. Very highly recommended. Not just for dog owners as the location is ideal for everyone who loves this beautiful area of Cornwall. We will definitely return.

Excellent hospitality, great food and 5 mins from the harbour. From the time I rang the bell until the time I checked out this B&B is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for Izzy and Tim. The breakfast here are fabulous with a good selection of food from light breakfast to full breakfast to carry out for those on the go. Parking is at a premium in Mevagissey however they have ample parking for all its guests important to me as I ride a motorcycle. Already pre booked for next year for myself and another visit for myself and partner Thank you both

From the moment I pushed the doorbell until the time I checked out this was a most enjoyable long weekend. Greeted by Izzy she took the time to get to know me over a cup of fresh coffee. Even upgraded by room which was well appreciated, for ti know in 30 mins or so about the village and local restaurants, sadly due to Covid-19 many were booked up so a nice box of fish and chips by the harbour was tasty. Breakfast here were plentiful and delicious I’m a rather larger eater but they were more than enough for me. Booked taxis for me and even went out there way to find bananas for me. Parking here is excellent as only a handful of B&B’s have them, for me with a motorcycle was a definite thumbs up. You are literally a 5min walk to the harbour. I have already provisionally booked up for next year and are planning a trip with my partner for early next year. Thank you Izzy and Tim for making my stay a happy one. One word, 3 syllables FAB-U-LOUS This B&B is definitely a little gem & probably one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. I cannot say a bad word about it. The location is excellent & free parking, the rooms are sumptuous & the breakfast is divine. To top it off the hosts are amazing, Izzi & Tim. They make you feel so welcome & their knowledge of Mevagissy & the surrounding area of Cornwall is remarkable. Dogs are also welcome & are pampered by their 2 adorable daughters & also treated to a breakfast sausage! We will definitely be revisiting & for longer next time. Thank you again Izzi & Tim for a lovely relaxing couple of days.

We both really enjoyed our short break in Mevagissey, staying at The Old Personage, a wonderful B&B very close to the town centre. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the hospitality from our hosts, superb. We haven't stayed in Mevagissey before but will be hoping to go back soon.
