We've just had a few nights peace at Molesworth Manor - it is a great location base for north Cornwall especially. We had a 1st floor room (Round Room) which was very comfortable and well appointed for a B&B and with peaceful countryside view too....More

The walk wouldn't be bad, but I wouldn't do it in the dark. No street lighting and pavements. There is a bus stop outside though and the information pack in your room gives you the numbers of about 8 taxi firms
