An excellent stay with all the high standards I have come to expect. The room (I was in the single this time) and bath were pristine and dinner hit all the right spots after a long train journey. Pat and Julie: many thanks.

Had a great stay at Pencubitt. Julie and Pat are fantastic hosts and couldn't have done more for us. The hotel and grounds are tastefully decorated, comfy and well maintained. The food is first class, and we will be definitely returning when in the area.

Friendly, very comfortable and immaculately clean. Great breakfast. Would recommend Room 9 which was spacious with wonderful views from the top of the house. The public rooms are also very comfortable and a good place to relax.

We were unable to find fault with the excellent meals, well appointed bedroom, lounge & bar etc. We found everything to be as their website had said, if we had wanted a health spa, games room or such like we would have chosen elsewhere. Although it is child free it is not a mausoleum because you were able to talk...

What a refreshing change this Guest House was tastefully decorated exceptionally clean and the food was presented beautifully and tasted Devine. Patrick and Julie are excellent hosts and I was really impressed with the breakfast room crisp, clean lovely fresh table linen and china. The views over the countryside were spectacular, the garden typically Cornish. Will definitely be returning.
