I'm running out of superlatives! This time, our third visit, we stayed in Field View - such a beautiful cosy cottage. The three of us had just the best time, as always. Gareth & Melanie make you so welcome - you don't want to leave. Already planning our next trip. Simply the best. And our four legged friend is certainly... More

This is the most wonderful place to stay and i cannot praise the location, amenities and hosts enough. We had a wonderful week as did our two dogs Kai & Skye and we cannot wait until Christmas when we are returning for 2 weeks with the family. The home made scones were a lovely surprise after a long trip down... More

Our 2nd visit to this little gem. We wondered if this would be as special as the first time, no, it was better- it's the serendipity of places to stay. With easy access to paces to see such as Lantic Bay, Padstow and Adrenalin Quarry just down the road. The Granary has such a warm peaceful atmosphere that if the... More

Just returned home after our second stay at Granary Cottage. It’s a wonderful place to spend a week and we would happily stay on for a second week but alas the real world beckons. A very warm welcome awaits from Gareth and Mel who are the perfect hosts who are always on hand should you need any assistance but never... More

Great location, lovely owners who took time to tell us about places to visit and surrounding area, clean warm and homely cottage, Fantastic field for exercising dogs and playing footie - would definitely go back.

I write with fear and trepidation that more people will discover our secret pleasure and that will make booking more difficult. Our second visit to Granary cottage, but this time we brought two friends to stay in Field View. It was every bit as wonderful as our first visit - Mel's scones are still THE best. She and Gareth make... More

This is our fifth visit with our friends to Hendrifton Farm. We can honestly say we don’t believe you could receive such superb hospitality anywhere else in Cornwall. Gareth, Mel and Max always make us feel very welcome, just like we’re old friends visiting again. Each cottage is beautiful and has everything you could want. The location is perfect, you... More

This was our 5th visit to Hendrifton Farm in less than 3 years and it feels like a second home to us now !! We went with our children, mother in law, father in law, brother in law and his wife (it was there first visit !!) and for the first time we had Granary Cottage and they had Field... More

Our cottage lived up to the wonderful reviews and some! Our two dogs loved their very own beautiful field to play in and we loved sharing our private garden complete with table and chairs, sunbeds and bbq with them. The views all around were lovely and the cows grazing on the nearby hill completed the scenic surroundings. Our week's holiday... More

Just back from our fourth stay at the Gem that is Hendrifton Farm! As usual a warm welcome from mine hosts and it isn't difficult to shout from the rooftops that we'll be back as soon as. A cracking site, excellent facilities and en-suite dog walk, what more could you provide? Not a thing!! When we ask our children which... More
