Stopped off on our way home to Birmingham this morning. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The three of us had the Full Cornish breakfast. Sausage, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, fried bread and tomatoes plus toast with jam or marmalade. Delicious, just what was needed for a trip up the M5!

The bedroom was spacious and clean with a superking bed and all expected necessities provided. The Cafe section has a lovely coffee machine for the perfect latte or Cappuccino and sumptious cakes. The Cornish breakfast cannot be beaten...

Passed this quaint little place on the way to Crantock beach and just had to pull in and have a coffee. It's a beautiful little coffee and cake shop within the hotel/guesthouse. Tastefully decorated, parking at the rear, 2 lovely dogs greeted us with the owners on arrival. Very friendly and the cream teas were superb.

Came here for a birthday lunch and it was delicious. Great value and a lovely burger served with a happy member of staff. She also gave us a free sample of chilli jam which was out of this world! Will be visiting again in the future!

When a button fell off my dress they supplied a sewing kit and when I was silly enough to leave belongings behind they kindly posted them back to...
