We booked "Woodlands", 17 Valley Lodges through Cottages4you (now Cottages.com, I think). This lodge is beautifully maintained by the owners, clean, cosy and well equipped. It was a very welcoming base to return to during a rather damp new year break. The property was able to accommodate a family of 2 adults , 4 children aged 11-17 plus a dog... More

We stayed at 27 st anns and were a bit concerned about the reviews. We were wrong. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and more than adequately equipped. There was also a fantastic view across to Plymouth. It was a great base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Some of the park does look a... More

"I booked number 6 Dartmoor Lodge! Homicombe Manor, St Ann's Chapel, Callington, PL17 from 1st to 8th August 2015 booked through Holidaylettings.co.uk on behalf of Libertyholidaylets.com. The property pictures and description does not reflect the appalling condition of the property. In brief, on arrival property was filthy, cobwebs, grease and dust everywhere, cooker condemned on day 1, was tripping electrics... More

Read all the reviews and was worried that the level difference between each lodge/cottage varied by so much. However our cottage was in the good level. It looked like the cottage had been refurbished and was nicely decorated. It had a nice view and was nicely positioned. Looking round the park there were lodges which were quite close to others.... Bar and restaurants now run by new people, who are very good, friendly and professional " mine hosts". Nothing is too much trouble for the manager and his team of busy young helpers,in both the bar and the restaurant. Good selection of drinks, varied bar snacks and interesting, very reasonably priced, restaurant menu. Often there is some form of entertainment in the bar,free... More

We stayed in number 60 again this year, the lodge was perfectly clean and well maintained as last time. Great little playground nearby. We used the indoor and outdoor swimming pools loads this time around - my 3 year old was in heaven. Saying that we didn't really come to spend time on site very much as we wanted to... More

Myself and my 4 friends stayed at No. 50 Valley Lodge. We were looking for a remote location to relax, walk to a local pub and most importantly somewhere that had a private hot tub. The location was great, although our lodge was quite close to other lodges so slightly over looked. If you want more privacy there are other... More

Before booking a holiday lodge at Honicombe Manor I checked the Tripadvisor reviews and was surprised at the mixture of ratings - from 'Avoid' to 'Amazing'. Having stayed here for 5-days, I think I can now see why. The issue is that it seems each of the properties on the park are owned by separate private owners, who are each... More

We had a great week here (valley Lodge17, Woodlands) over Easter. Lovely clean and really well-equipped lodge (even had electric blankets, torches, a first aid kit and some coins for the electricity meter). The children loved the grounds and we were nice and close to the pool and games room. despite being Easter week, the park was very quiet and... More
