If you like country pubs serving great food (and I do mean great food not 'pub grub') you'll love this place. The accommodation is what you would expect of a good guest house with clean comfortable rooms, well decorated with more than adequate en-suite. The pub is located at the edge of the village opposite a church and is obviously... More

This review is only for the food. One of the biggest influences on how you enjoy a meal depends on the expectation. In this case there was none as we were not aware of the Queens Arms until the morning of our visit when we passed by, liked the location and called in to reserve a table in the late... More

We visited last year for lunch and was very impressed. Decided to go back again after visiting Porthleven, a fantastic decision. The food was excellent and well presented. The staff were very attentive. The menu was very good with excellent specials. We could not manage a desert but saw some that other diners had and they looked very impressive.

We stumbled on this lovely pub when driving back to our rental cottage. Although it was about half two we were greeted warmly by staff and informed that we could still have a roast lunch. We were allowed to take our small dog in the bar area with us and he was greeted warmly by staff& customers. The lunch when... More

We have just spent a long weekend at The Queens Arms and had a great time! Our room was just lovely, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Our hosts and the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a lovely breakfast each morning and ate in the restaurant each evening. The food... More

Just called into the queens arms today for lunch with the kids. Brilliant local pub, really good food, service and excellent value for money. Pub is all nicely done up, clean and tidy. Good outside play area for kids. My husband has also stayed there several times and says the rooms are lovely. We will be back!

Travelling from Penzance to Helston on a busy bank holiday Sunday, we needed somewhere to stop for lunch. Saw the signs to Queens Arms, and took a chance. Are we ever glad we did! They only serve the Roast on Sundays, but you have a choice of Beef, Pork, or Lamb - served with lots of veggies and all the... More

Very nice Sunday Roast reasonably priced, could have a mix of meat and there was a very good selection of veg. The service was prompt but not rushed and very friendly. Would go again when in the area!

Just stopped by for a pint. This pub looks lovely and was lovely. It was a busy Sunday lunch but everything was under control and the staff looked totally on top of their game. We didn't eat but the roast looked amazing. Good selection of drinks.
