The location is fabulous. Right beside wembley arena and the designer outlet shops. The staff are lovely. However- we only had breakfast once. The food was lukewarm and greasy. The fresh fruit wasn't as fresh as it should have been! The next morning we had breakfast next door at the premier inn - it was 50p cheaper and much nicer with greater choice and freshly cooked hot food. I feel a bit bad criticising the ibis because I always stay here when attending a wembley concert. But the rooms decor is dated and tired! And a minor point - we did not get hand towels left any of the days of our stay, just 2 bath towels.

Very disappointing hotel especially for the price. The rooms are very small and have 70s woodchip style walls painted in leftover Soviet battleship paint. Awful wall decorations, poor lighting, a 1960s fold out chair bed and a double bed made of finest bedrock. On the bright side we weren't murdered in the night. The corridors are murky, for a 1400 room hotel the 2 lifts are barely adequate. Oh, and the bathroom is tiny, but at least you can shower while on the toilet. It is very close to Wembley and the bar food is quite good which are the only redeeming factors.

We stayed here for one night after the Bon Jovi gig at Wembley stadium. The hotel is fine for an overnight stay, our double room was a good size and clean enough. The bar got packed after the gig so prepare to queue for drinks, but that is to be expected, we also ordered a pizza which was nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast was ok, a good choice of hot and cold options with a good variety of drinks on offer, it isn't the best breakfast we have ever had, but fine for what we needed. We would stay again if coming to Wembley.

Booked this hotel to stay 13/14th June. It was booked based on location, distance to wembley stadium, and it is a short walk, like 10minutes depending which entrance to the stadium you need. The price was good too. Check-in and payment was easy. The car park is very small however I cant complain because they did have space for me to use, even though I hadnt pre-booked, they charged me £30. Nice ambience in the lobby. We asked for a bucket of ice for the room at the bar, this appeared to be a chore for them and we were charged £5! Room was sufficient and clean. I found the beds quite hard. There is no iron but they do have an ironing cupboard that has an iron and ironing board in on the 8th floor. The bathroom reminded me of a posh port-a-cabin i was impressed. We appeared to have to wait a long time for the lifts. We were on the 10th floor and there were a good few more floors above us. I didnt manage to find the set of stairs...if there were any? Breskfast was good in the morning, buffet style. I would recommend and if I have another music show at wembley I would re-book.
