I can only speak about my particular room, which was Room 10 and evidently the highest of them all. I was greeted with kitchen foil on the inside of the windows which obviously made a racket when the windows were opened trying to get a breeze in (which being in the attic needed more than ever) Furthermore, the whole room at night was lit up like the inside of a spaceship with a green security light which could not be covered due to its location. The least subtle security light Ice ever seen. If I was judging a hotel purely on location then of course it's a 5. Came out of the Wembley Stadium concert and it was literally a five minute walk back. But everything else was poor. Foil and lights as mentioned - can't comment on breakfast as they didn't provide one but a voucher is possible for a discounted full English across the road if that is what you so wish. So yeah, for just shy of £180 a night I would want a lot closer to perfection then what was provided. Yes there's a fridge, yes there's a double bed, yes there's a TV and kettle, BUT there was also foil and a ridiculous security light! And no bottle of water provided! Read other reviews for other rooms but Room 10 is absolutely not acceptable for the price.

I turned up with my 7 year old Daughter to see villa vs derby. Upon arriving and even thou we booked a parking space, we couldn’t park because 2 of the guests didn’t pay for parking so I had to park at a church for £15 while at the match. After the match we wasn’t given any compensation and still charged me for the parking even thou I was out of pocket. Trying to resolve it was like trying to talk to a brick wall. Room was clean and tidy, bed slightly hard and if you wanted breakfast? You had to walk over the main road to a cafe to get it.

Brilliant location for visits to Wembley, nice homely clean facilities with parking available for a small fee. The staff were all friendly and welcoming I would definitely use this again when visiting Wembley

One of my aims with my reviews is to expose overpriced rubbish and praise bargains. To guide those not on corporate expense accounts. Here is one of those bargains. It's not perfect by any means. My room was tiny, the bathroom uncomfortably small. But I'd happily stay here again. It's clean & comfortable. My room had a kettle, fridge & microwave. The Wi-Fi was fine. The bed, though small, was comfortable. Boutique, no. Good value, yes.
