Friendly welcome, room Ok but perhaps in need of a little updating and better air con however bed comfortable - did the job. BUT we booked and paid for breakfast next door at the Winning Post and the first day it was a disaster/shambles. Could say more but lack of any food, no hot drinks, no one in authority available to sort it out. However the Premier Inn receptionist took control and refunded the cost - not her responsibility so well done. Second morning breakfast fine.

Location ideally situated to access the Stoop rugby ground for our dinner dance. Family nearby to enjoy meeting with. Breakfast at the local garden centre. Geo caching our leisure activity was also enjoyed.

Clean room which was to a nice standard. No facilities in the hotel and pub next door basic. No air conditioning. Rooms were boiling and only a fan to move round the warm air. Corridor was cooler than the room

Warm day; first impression was no air conditioning. It was sweltering in reception and the room was worse. Stair carpet from lobby upstairs looked as if they'd not seen a vacuum cleaner for a while. Room OK but too hot. Breakfast terrible. Black pudding wasn't properly cooked, bacon also pretty raw and covered with.. not sure, ash maybe. For the quality, very expensive. More expensive than central hotels.

Hi Neil. Thank you for leaving us a review of your recent stay with us. I'm sorry to hear that you found your room to be too hot and it's also disappointing to hear that your breakfast didn't live up to your expectations. Given the recent warm weather and the lack of air conditioning at this hotel, this doesn't come as a surprise and we'll review this to see what options we have to prevent his. Our team are also able to provide fans, cooling packs and thinner sheets, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Although you didn’t have the best experience this time, we hope this doesn’t deter you from us welcoming you back at our hotels. Kind regards, Josh

Nice Premier Inn, friendly receptionist on check in, who went off straight away to find extra pillows and mugs, room was a very good size plenty of room for a family of 4. The room was clean and tidy and the cleaners every day had made the room make up to a good standard. My old criticism would be no air conditioning, it wasn’t over hot when we stayed outside temperature about 23c, however the room was boiling! They had supplied a fan which only served to push the hot air around and with the windows open the early flights out of Heathrow woke everyone. I would stay here again if not in the summer
