We loved our stay at this hotel the staff where very helpful and friendly and the room was amazing would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again and the prices wasn’t to bad at the bar
we called in for a cuppa after the rugby tour on a very wet day.

Lovely comfy seats and yummy hot chocolate and coffee.
could have relaxed in there for hours.
We booked a family room and were not disappointed. Two double beds in a lovely clean & fresh room.
Free parking, Free use of the health club was excellent and very welcome.
10 minute walk to train station.

This you will find is a mixed review. On arrival we had a long wait to be checked in and after moving our car quite a distance to the Car Park proceeded to our clean and well decorated decent size room. A poor view however...More

If trains aren’t running from Twickenham station direct to Waterloo, I’d walk into Twickenham centre and take a bus to Richmond station then the District line tube to central London. Alternatively (and taking a longer), I’d take bus 281 (outside the Marriott, opposite side of road) to Hounslow Bus Station. Then walk 2 minutes to the nearby Hounslow East tube to Central London. Why not book a transfer from airport to hotel you are only about 30 mins from Heathrow to the hotel five star in Windsor could help. Speak to the folks at the hotel about getting in to B house.
