Cannot say anything wrong about the place. I've stayed in worse. Great value for money. Rooms cleaned and beds made every day. Fresh towels daily. Very convenient as was working in Chiswick. Express grill and curry down the road does probably one of the best mixed kebab rolls. Also a Sainsbury's local round the corner. The pub attached is ok...

You don't stay at Master Robert Hotel expecting luxury, due to the low price. I went with trepidation and was pleasantly surprised. It is a rather old fashioned and in need of a refurb, but It is clean and tidy and has everything you need. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Joanna on reception. I stayed in a...

Myself and a friend stayed here for one night, as we were attending a 2 day event nearby. When I originally booked it, I just looked at the great price and didn't look the reviews on here til after. When I did read some of the reviews I was a little worried and apprehensive about staying. When we arrived the...

This hotel is very tired indeed, bar area ok, some staff friendly some not. Room had clean bedding and bathrooms superficially clean. Rim of toilet had not seen bleach in many a year! Carpet very stained, Wouldn't walk on it in bare feet for sure. Had an unexpected guest in the bathroom the next day in the shape of a...

We managed to get a good deal for bed and breakfast. The room was huge. The decoration and furnishings were very tired though. The shower constantly dripped which caused a puddle on the floor. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were pleasant and polite.

Absolutely disgraceful in terms of cleanliness, security and facilities! I asked to be moved from the first room as someone left a 'gift' in the toilet, my 2nd room was on the 1st floor, the security doors into the blocks were broken, the window had to be held open with the room bible as the latches were broken, the carpet...

I even considered packing up and paying for another hotel by midnight last night and certainly if I had not paid in advance I would not have paid. £5 to park the car, the room was smelly and dirty- when I opened the window I nearly lost a finger as the stay was not working. So shower nope hot water...

We stayed here last year and we were impressed. This year was better we had room 27 and the room was bigger but not such a nice garden view as last year. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choices and self service so you can have as much or as little as you want. And the service was fantastic....

This hotel is a good price for the London area, however it is very tired looking and could do with modernisation. The room itself was spacious, however the windows were letting in rain (it was quite torrential) also the noise from the air traffic was relentless..... every two minutes or so..... we have stayed further up the road where the...
