This hotel is very reasonably priced. The room we stayed in was a bit tired and basic but was perfectly serviceable. The hotel is well located for tube etc. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was self service but included a good selection.

Yes, both mine and my colleague's rooms had an electric kettle for boiling water.
Please note however, if you're traveling with a baby, there are lots of narrow and steep staircases which could cause you trouble.

I don't believe they do allow dogs. They were not unfriendly when we were there but the staff were not always as ready to serve as you may wish, especially the staff at breakfast. Reception staff seemed fine.
