Thank you for your feedback which would have been greatly appreciated when asked if everything was ok when in attendance. I am not rated 8.7 on tripadvisor, I am rated 8.9 on Booking.com. I am uncertain how in anyway I was rude to you and to say there were no loo rolls is a flat out lie, there were spares... More

We arrived late on because I finished work late. The staff were friendly when I phoned to let them know this. The room was OK. Decor was a bit dated and wall paper coming off in places. The shared toilets weren't the best. Sink plug was broken and spots of mould in shower. Breakfast was spot on and really tasty,... More

I was staying here with my partner and his family in May for a family wedding he was attending. We got a warm welcome from the owners when we entered. The family I was with also got a free parking permit for the use in Bridlington which was helpful. On first impressions the bathrooms and living area/dining room were modern... More

Rooms were clean. Bit old and tired. Family were lovely, nothing was a problem. We only needed a room for a two night stay. Noisy other residents, but ok. Water was freezing mid shower! Brrrrrr! You get what you pay for. Breakfast was very nice!

I stayed here with a friend on the Bank Holiday period at the end of May, my friend had previously stayed here it certainly lived up to his recommendation. I found the room very clean and tidy, the owners were very polite and welcoming, I would definitely stay again and believe I will be for the next bank holiday, the... More
