Lovely traditional pub, it's such a refreshing change to stay somewhere with real character rather than the usual modern hotel rooms that all look the same. I loved the traditional decor. Really friendly hosts who are very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and such good value. Can't wait to book to come back.

I stayed at the Church Inn for a long weekend with my sister so we had the twin room. The room is very light and airy, clean (fresh towels every day) and with hot shower and all you need in the en-suite. This is a lovely old pub with very friendly staff. Kaye and her husband made us very welcome.... More

Had a 2 night stay while visiting Manchester originally my home town, to attend a concert. Room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Was made to feel very welcome and was great value for money. Would definitely stay here again

Best boozer in the world. Always find a decent pint of bitter from a delicious Everard's Tiger (5/5) to a Landlord (5/5). Been going into the back room for 19 years, I'ld move in there if I could! Praise The Church!

We stayed here for the one night, whilst attending a friends party nearby. The room was fabulous if you like traditional accommodation, beautifully furnished and a fabulous cast period fireplace. The bathroom was also very generous in size. The breakfast was coked fresh to order and was made with good quality ingredients. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful, welcoming and comfortable Inn. The owners and staff were lovely and the room was amazing. The church next door is steeped in history and we lay in bed on Sunday morning listening to the church bells chiming. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay :-)
