Had a lovely Christmas themed Sunday lunch with the family last weekend. We had a nice long table in the corner giving us plenty of room that was beautifully decorated. We had preordered our different 3 course dinners which were nice and fresh and plenty of it, with red cabbage which I always like. The staff were very helpful and...

We had our party last Saturday and we had a fantastic time. The food was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The DJ was very good and we even had accompanying videos to the music which was just a lovely touch. We would definitely go back. Thanks to Michala for organising the event.

My husband and i met for a family festive Sunday lunch - this is the second year we have been and found it just as good as the first. Food and hygiene was excellent, and boy can i be fussy about that. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The table...

So some 50 of us joined many others there for a Xmas party and no doubt the atmosphere of the evening makes a great night out but behind the scenes it is more like what can we cram in with as little cost. Some people had been sqeezed into the noisy disco room to dine, and for me some of...

The team are very friendly and can not do enough to make your evening special. A special thanks to Michaela who really looked after us. I...

Stayed here for one night. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean but a bit dated. It was mostly quiet though there was unfortunately a banging noise from about 5/6 in the morning. We were located close the spa area and so I'm not sure if it was from there. The bar and restaurant have good decor...

Stayed at The Southcrest last night and it was lovely. Clean, warm, comfortable room ensured we had a good night's sleep. Very reasonably priced bar and restaurant and food was good. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful, especially Lisa 😉

Came here for an overnight stay, and while the room was modern and the location was lovely, there were a few things which really put us off. The WiFi was unbearably slow, which was extremely disappointing given we were told there would be "high speed WiFi". Even at 3am in the morning the speed was around 0.4Mbps, meaning there was...

I arrived at the hotel as a single traveler and walked into the bar walking with glass under my feet no notice that the bar was being refurbished or that the area was unsafe. There were no drinks on tap and all bottles were an extortionate £4.15 . Room service arrived first night Luke warm without the extras as advertised...
