I stayed at this hotel last night for a family wedding and it was excellent. Great staff and a great room with fantastic view over the magnificent gardens - will be re-visitng in the summer to take advantage of the location. Great food and housekeeping.

Really recommend the afternoon tea, we had the Manor tea which was great value for money. A great choice of sandwiches which were freshly made and the cakes/desserts were lovely. The hotel itself looked nice and the conservatory area is nice to eat in with a great view onto the gardens which I can imagine would be amazing in the...

Having recently had a stressful time. I was in need to destress and desperate for anything that would help my skin. I had a great massage. Relaxing but reduced my tension and knots. However, the facial was the best facial I have ever had! I was new to Elemis products but the super food facial was relaxing, smelt amazing and...

We had our anniversary here. Stopped the night. The room was lovely. Modern bathroom and lovely decor in the bedroom. We had tea and coffee making facilities. We had some spa treatments whilst we were visiting also. We both had a massage and it was wonderful. Very relaxing. We went to the bar but unfortunately it was being refurbished. The...

Booked two nights on our way down to London. 62 stairs to our room up and down stairs and along corridors. So if you book here make sure you can walk up and down stairs or make sure before you go you have a room near reception. Not the friendliest of welcomes. The room was clean and not too small...

We only had one night booked for Southcrest - such a shame we didn't stay longer! Spacious rooms with modern, clean bathroom. Gorgeous views! Conveniently located and very quiet as well - despite the busy restaurant downstairs! Money well spent - and very affordable too.

The Hotel is nice, clean and the staff generally pleaseant and helpfull. But the restaurant was closed on Boxing day only cold sandwiches were on offer. Many of us seek hotels at holiday times because they are open all year and provide the same services....very dissappointed this time. This was not made aware to us at any time prior to...

As a single traveller, I couldn't go wrong with a double room including breakfast for under £50 a night. Friendly faces, an impressive view to some stepped gardens and South Crest Woods, plus a spa on site. The things I wasn't so keen on: staying in the newer wing, the rooms are well refitted but need a brighter main light...

The most delightful Afternoon Tea I have ever experienced. Food was delicious and the service was excellent, the table was laid out beautifully ... with gorgeous views over the gardens. Friendly staff completed the pleasant atmosphere. If you want a traditional Afternoon Tea .... this is the place. It was perfect. Highly recommended.
