The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Kidderminster, on arrival, you find that the parking is ten pounds a day, from eight in the morning to six thirty at night, then you enter the lobby to find the reception is on the top floor, there are two lifts but when I stayed one was not working, having just... Stayed here for one night before going to West Midland Safari Park. What a fantastic hotel. Really interesting exterior and beautiful inside. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Really comfortable bed and very peaceful place. Staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful. Just outside the hotel is a Pizza Hut, McDonald's and Frankie and Benny's, so very handy if you have children.... More

We picked the Hotel due to its location to the West Midlands Safari Park. Clean large family room which was ideal for our needs. We didn't have breakfast or dinner but the facility look very nice. After a poor visit to a Travelodge recently, Premier Inn has certainly won my custom for my next trip of this type.

A very elegant hotel let down by the fact that it's set on what feels like an industrial estate (could be the town centre?) It's noteworthy that parking isn't free here. The staff were courteous, polite and helpful. Breakfast was if a good standard and though it was late I would've liked to have tasted the food on offer at... More

Just spent 2 nights at this hotel - very good value hotel immaculatly clean good breakfasst and service. Had to pay for parking but this was informed at time of booking - Frankie and Bennys next door and pizza hut not far away. Would recommend it is a converted mill on Weavers Warf

Where the hotel is situated you have to park in a pay and display car park 6.30pm-8am is free though. Entrance is at front next to car park you enter and take a lift to the fourth floor to reception. Check in was easy and the man was very nice asked if we wanted dinner or breakfast we didn't so... More

Visited with our two daughters after a wedding reception close by. Have never stopped all in the same room before so was a little concerned how it would be. We arrived mid afternoon between the wedding service and reception to drop off our bags. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who quickly checked us in, made sure... More

Great location in Kidderminster. Everything was clean and nice looking. Great that we could choose full or continental dinner for each person, since one in our company never eats more than continental anyways.

Very disappointed with this premier inn, could not sleep as curtains did not block out all of the light from windows, had to share one bath towel, dirty sheets, lots of noise, television did not work properly

Having 3 kids, my family are regular visitors to Premier Inn restaurants, as they always represent great value (kids eat free), great choice and lovely food. However, I would like to say that this particular Premier Inn restaurant - "The Kitchen" at Kidderminster, is probably our favourite. As well as the usual plus points of great value, good choice, etc... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This hotel is a grade II listed converted mill, with a bar that has an almost New York loft atmosphere. A great base to explore Kidderminster and the Worcestershire countryside - and we're close to West Midlands Safari Park and Severn Valley Railway too. After all the adventure, it's time for some serious relaxing in The Kitchen restaurant then in our extra-comfy beds. ... more   less
