The grounds are stunning Visited for morning coffee and found the lounge areas very dark and dreary with a musty smell. In need of refurbishment. The coffee was only just warm with an expensive price tag! Only 3 people in there but waited nearly 30 minutes to be served.

I have only one word to describe this hotel FABULOUS. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is providing Michelin Star standard food and even on a Sunday night it was very busy which is in itself a recommendation. The breakfasts are equally good and everything is cooked to order. This was a special... More

My first Secret Escapes deal and I was very impressed. Stayed for 2 nights including sparkles on arrival, handmade chocolates, superior room and 2 course dinner. The room was big with lovely sash windows letting in lots of light, bathroom was spotless with a fab walk in shower, separate bath and Espa toiletries. Huge bed, very comfortable Zzz... Immaculate gardens,... More

Had a 2 night break in May 2016. Right from the start it was faultless, dropped luggage off early and went sightseeing, when we came back late afternoon luggage was in the room, along with fruit, water, nuts, snacks, biscuits, tea, coffee a tray of handmade chocolates, heaven. Before dinner had prosecco on the patio, dinner was superb, attention to... More

We stayed here for a wedding. The hotel is gorgeous and grounds nice. There is a nice big lake but quite a bit of duck poo around. The actual hotel is lovely. The food; wedding breakfast was good. Breakfast the next morning had a small selection of juices, cereal and pastries but a nice cook to order menu. The cooked... More

Enjoyed a one night luxury stay at Brockencote Hall on a Sunday night. It was so pleasing to see how busy the hotel was, not only on arrival, but also during the arrival too. Our room (Wellingtonia) was lovely. Fabulous views onto the surrounding fields. A super room with all the little luxuries that you would expect. A really relaxing... More

For us everything about Brockencote Hall was spot on. Lovely surroundings, good décor, and pristine accommodation. Lots of extra touches too i.e. fridge in room with fresh milk and bottled water, and fresh fruit and snacks too. Turn down service included slippers and herbal tea. Warm welcome at reception, and without exception the staff were all very professional and friendly,... More
