We travel a lot and agree that this is the best B&B we've ever stayed in. Deborah and James are extremely welcoming hosts, and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Our room was very spacious and well appointed, warm and comfortable. Everything you needed was there. Breakfast is taken in their large farmhouse kitchen, with a wide... More

A beautiful B & B in Wiltshire. This was our 4th visit and it never ceases to amaze me how wonderful this place is. Large spacious beautiful bedroom plus beer and wine, perfect. Great breakfast, great hosts. Perfect

Deborah and James Sheppard made us very, very welcome in their magnificent modern house. Our enormous room contained the sort of extras you only get in a five star luxury hotel. Breakfasts were a delight. Poulton Grange is much more than a B & B. It's a lovely Country House Hotel which doesn't serve lunch or dinner.

After a hard days work and staying somewhere that you would like piece and quiet, this location is the place to stay. The location is off the main road but well worth the mile drive on the farm road. The Grange is absolutely amazing. Rooms are large and spacious. Everything was perfect including the breakfast. Fabulous people. Definitely coming back

We stayed as two couples in this wonderful bed and breakfast, where we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It is many years since I stayed in something described as a b&b and this was far ahead of anything before and indeed many hotels visited. The rooms were of a considerable size and the facilities... What a wonderful B and B -in fact it's so much more than that. The owners are delightful and are very welcoming, even staying up till 11pm as we were delayed arriving on a Friday night. They are the right blend of being chatty but also interested in their guests. As for the accommodation itself, our room was HUGE, with... More

We stayed five nights in the main house. Our very spacious bedroom could easily match any four star hotel in terms of comfort and amenities. Cooked breakfast was accompanied by huge range of cereals and preserves and fruit and served in the very spacious kitchen. Deborah and James were charming and relaxed hosts, which made our stay a very enjoyable... More

We stayed in the Barn Room following a fishing trip. We were blessed with good weather and saw this interesting house, carefully designed so as to be environmentally friendly and set in the most attractive open farmland, in perfect conditions. Our room was large and comfortable. Our hostesss made us most welcome offering tea and cake on our arrival. We... More

Stayed here with family last weekend whilst attending a christening. Deborah so accommodating from the outset as she gave us access to rooms at 2pm rather than usual 4pm so we could get ready. Beautiful house at end of mile long drive in rolling Wiltshire countryside. Bedrooms were amazing. Huge, well appointed and extremely comfortable. Array of teas and coffees... More

We stayed in the lodge and had it all to ourselves. It is very well kitted out for those who want self catering. The breakfast choice was splendid and you could have everything from granola, blueberries to a full english. We had a great time talking to the hosts about farming and were even invited to go and see the... More
