We had a family room. Staff are warm and friendly. Particularly the management. The boss of the operation Kelly was fantastic. Couldn't do more to accommodate us. Food lovely. Would recommend staying here.

it was coming to about one o'clock on a Sunday and we were both feeling peckish so we were recommended the buffet at this hotel. I must admit I'm fed up paying up to £15 for a lunch which I can't do justice to so it was very good news to see the price structure. It is as follows. Small... More

A comfortable stay in a historic and beautiful building. My room was spatious with beautiful antique furniture. Loved every second of it. Hotel's pub had very good choices of ale. The staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Devizes.

On arrival I found parking only in a public car park across the street. At check-in I was advised that there were a few spots available in two openings in the hotel building and managed to squeeze in there. There were only spaces for 4 vehicles. My room was at the back, overlooking a graveyard and church with a clock tower... More

Dear guest. Thanks for staying at the Castle Hotel. I'm delighted that you slept soundly and comfortably. I'm unsure what the 'problems' that you refer to in the title were, but if you contact Danny our General Manager, he will undoubtedly address any issues. Thanks again for your visit. From the outside The Castle Hotel is in desperate need of attention with the paintwork flaking off all the window frames. It doesn't really get any better inside and had we not paid beforehand we would have moved onto another hotel. The staff weren't particularly welcoming or helpful and couldn't help us with advice on where to park so we... More

Picked this place as part of a visit to Wadsworth brewery. Surprised that the Castle became the highlight of our trip. Great staff, nice food and an atmosphere in the bar that meant even an England footy draw was enjoyable.
