Beautiful house and rooms, immaculate with great attention to detail, including choice of books ! The owners were very hospitable, breakfast was ample and delicious, plenty of extras in the room, like chocolates, biscuits, cereal bars, range of teas, orange juice, cheese etc A real home from home, quiet and in an excellent location for the centre of the town....

Thorncliffe truly is a gem, with fantastic hosts who make you feel welcome but without in any way being in your faces, and who just make you feel instantly at home in their beautiful home. Both rooms are gorgeous, but the attic room really is special, with its own separate, private bathroom. Both the attic room itself and its bathroom...

We stayed in the lovely attic room of this cute B&B. They saved us a parking space right outside the house which was really handy. The actual B&B has a lovely cosy feel but with beautiful traditional features. The attic room is on the 2nd floor, the stairs aren't too steep so it's not a trek up to the attic...

One word. FANTASTIC. My partner and I stayed in the incredibly peaceful attic room with its own bathroom including glorious roll top bath. And so many lovely welcoming touches in the room from books to a delicious range of teas and snack bars. Gorgeous decor, beautiful linen and towels, a dream of a bed, stunning views, and in my opinion...

We had a lovely stay at this B&B. The house is beautiful and the attic room is spacious and really comfortable. We were made to feel really at home. As many have already mentioned the continental breakfast of warm bread and croissants in the room was just ideal for us and it was a nice treat to have breakfast in...

Our stay at Thorncliffe B&B was perfect from start to finish - and we could not have asked for more from our friendly and welcoming hosts. From helping us when we got lost on the way (Carmel came out into the street to meet us!), to the bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room, to the fridge stocked...

I've stayed here with my partner Roxana once every two years or so in the last seven or eight years and it has always been a first class experience. We love the comfy, spacious bedoom & attractive bathroom, we love the tasty breakfast, left thoughtfully outside your room in the morning and we really appreciate Carmel and Jo's friendly and...

Fabulous place in quaint old house up the hill in Hebden Bridge. The room was gorgeous and spacious with little extra touches like a bowl of fruit and snacks, fridge, a sprig of lavender above the fireplace. Roomy en-suite bathroom with lots of towels and slippers provided. Wonderful breakfast that catered to our vegan needs. A warm welcome from our...

I stayed here over the bank holiday, a year after my first visit here, and I am pleased to say it was just as excellent this time round as the first time, which shows true quality. Carmel and Jo are excellent hosts - very friendly and accommodating, and the facilities of the the breakfast and contents of the fridge (which...
