I cant emphazise enough how beautiful this resort is!! The location is breathtaking! You get multiple balcanies in the rooms to see the scenery from different angles. The living room, and kitchen are amazing!! The bathrooms are spotless, everything about this resort is high class, very very BEAUTIFUL!! I'd definatly recommend to anyone to go check it out!

Pelican Eyes exceeded our expectations. I arrived on a Monday night and my luggage was lost and I was in jeans and tennis shoes in the tropical Nicaragua climate. At check in, when I shared my dilemma with the Pelican Eyes employee, she immediately sent me to a clothing shop in town that had affordable clothes that provided me with...

We stayed at Pelican Eyes after finding a great rate through Jetsetter. There were 3 of us and we all had an amazing time. The property truly does have the most beautiful views in all of San Juan del Sur. The sunsets, sunrises, daytimes, nighttimes etc were all incredible. As for our room, we stayed in the Jazmin cabin and...

By far the nicest hotel in San Juan. Gorgeous Pools and nice rooms. But, that staff has a terrible attitude and nothing seems to work. Not sure if its worth the hassle.

There is nothing like been in one of the pools of Pelican Eyes with a cold drink overlooking the amazing sunsets of San Juan del Sur! The houses are very comfortable, great for a long weekend with the family and friends. For sure I'm coming back soon!

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my nephew's 15th birthday, along with his best friends. The experience was wonderful. The hotel manager Don Enrique and his staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We rented 3 houses and they all were great. The food was excelent. We will go back for sure!

My husband I stayed at Pelican Eyes after buying a groupon, and were not disappointed. The resort has breathtaking views of the city and the bay, and gorgeous landscaping (if you can call it that, it's more like gardens). The staff were very friendly and always willing to help in any way that they could. A dinner was included with...

Reading a few of the somewhat negative reviews I was a little worried. Not to worry this place is beautiful and service top notch. Food is a little pricier compared to down town, but in essence I can say you get what you pay for, in a little better food, great service, and a great view. Don't get me wrong...

We did not stay or eat here; just went for the drink and sunset which was great. Did look at the food menu and it was pricey. It's a very short two block walk up from center of town. Our Mojito and wine were good and the views tops. Watch our for the wind gusts as my drink and water...

Rented a casa with another couple. Truly a home away from home. Pleanty of space two baths. The walk is a bit challanging, even to get to the pools and upper restaurant. We didn't mind though. Had most meals in town. Overall a good time. Not many high end lodging choices in town.
