We just got back from a one night stay at this hotel and we can't wait to come back. Gwen at the front desk was so incredibly warm and friendly to my whole family, including my two dogs. Great amenities for those traveling with pets, including dog treats in the lobby, a sticker for the door that indicated a pet was in the room, and an area with waste bags outside. The room and hotel were immaculately clean. Wonderful free breakfast with fresh fruit and many hot and cold items. Coffee was delicious, hot and fresh. We asked to borrow a DVD to watch and Gwen helped us pick one out. The woman at the front desk in the morning was also lovely but I didn't catch her name. I don't usually leave reviews but this hotel was so great in every way that I just had to send my compliments. Overall, perfect stay that made us look forward to coming back.…
Very pleased the unit was very clean, friendly staff great kitchenette stocked well.. fishes pots really most what u need👍, nice bathroom with sinks separated. We had double queen was very roomy with a sofa and a side chair & table. Our dog went along so great find pet friendly!!! Wonderful breakfast esp considering the more cut back breakfasts we been having since covid which i find a poor excuse! This had hot eggs, sausage fruit cereal breads pastry pancakes & jimmy dean sausage sandwiches.. and the area has lot surrounding inc wegmans lots restaurants. No doubt this will replace some our longer rides as this is about 35-40 mins from philly. Also if weather was nice there is pool & i think grounds have fire pit bbq etc. only thing might be perfect..is a room with some type table to sit eat this our option was the desk but all in all just great stay…
Nice hotel with friendly staff. I contacted the hotel prior to my trip to see if I can check in early. The manager, Chris, responded to my email after hours and agreed that this request would be possible and to call again on the day of check in. I called the morning and Chris confirm that my room would be ready by 1:00PM. I stayed with my dog. Staff and guest were friendly to her. Room was very clean and well maintained. Location is convenient with malls, restaurants and a Costco steps away.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about the two stays I had at this hotel! I felt welcome and safe, and totally impressed with the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the friendly help provided by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They made me feel like part of the family. And I loved the complimentary breakfast. They skimped on nothing in this individually wrapped array of great food choices. I also want to add that the beds and pillows are crazy comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!
Booked this hotel for our Lacrosse team playing in the area. Suites are great size with a full kitchen which our team really liked so we could get takeout and eat in our rooms, no one wanted to do a team dinner at a restaurant right now! hotel was very clean and we all felt good about what they are doing during Covid - everyone had masks, lots of sanitizer stations everywhere. It was nice that the hotel still offered a "grab and go" breakfast, a few hotels we have traveled to recently have not had any food options. Staff was very friendly and accomodating to our team.
We stayed for 20+ days in the 2-bedroom suite, room #500. The 2-bedroom suite is quite expensive. Unfortunately this is a below average hotel with extreme MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS that remain unsolved. You should AVOID this hotel. Here's what happened: • Day 2: Air conditioner main unit in locked closet started beeping profusely. Maintenance guy resets the unit. • Day 3: Kitchen sink ceases draining properly. Maintenance guy plunges the sink. • Day 4: Kitchen sink still not draining. Maintenance guy inspects garbage disposal but does nothing. • Day 5: Air conditioner main unit beeping again. Maintenance guy comes and resets it. • Day 6: We're fed up with the kitchen sink, demand action. Maintenance guy replaces the garbage disposal. • Day 7: Dishwasher unit starts acting strange. Doesn't wash well. Doesn't drain. • Day 8: Maintenance guy checks out the dishwasher. Doesn't do anything about it. • Day 9: Air conditioner starts beeping again. Maintenance guy comes and resets it, but doesn't do anything else. • Day 10: Dishwasher still not working, not draining properly. Maintenance guy checks it out but no action. • Day 11: Dishwasher starts smelling bad due to stagnant water sitting in the unit. We discuss with front desk. They send maintenance guy, he decides to replace unit. Replaces unit, turns on new unit, leaves room. NEW UNIT STARTS FLOODING KITCHEN. Water everywhere, flooded room. • Day 12: Maintenance guy comes to check out dishwasher... A/C starts beeping again, he checks on that too. Pokes around at dishwasher, says fixed. • Day 13: "New" dishwasher unit still doesn't drain properly, doesn't clean dishes, we decide to hand-wash from here on out because tired of it all. • Day 14: Air conditioner unit starts beeping profusely again. Front desk guy comes up, unlocks AC closet, and keeps it unlocked... tells us that we can RESET IT OURSELVES if it starts beeping again. • Day 15: Air conditioner starts beeping again, luckily the closet is unlocked and we can reset it ourselves. • Day 16: Dishwasher unit still doesn't work, air conditioner starts beeping again, kitchen sink seems to work okay shockingly. • Day 17: Big flood near the elevator, water pouring out of the ceiling, broken ceiling panel, buckets collecting the water. • Day 18: Fire alarm goes off. Entire hotel must evacuate. • Day 19: Elevator doesn't work. Bottom line: AVOID this place. MAJOR maintenance issues. Maintenance guy seems not good at actually fixing things. They should hire someone else. Absolutely avoid room #500 as it seems to have extreme maintenance issues. Overall not worth the price paid, very disappointed in the stay. Avoid. …
My family and I booked this hotel. We were excited about the outdoor pool access and outside spaces for social distancing. It was horrible! The entrance was full of people smoking upon entering. Upon checking in we were informed the pool the first night would be unavailable due to the storm and rain. This was understandable we had just driven through a fierce storm. However the next day they closed the pool for cleaning and stated it would not open until noon the next day. After checkout.... the pool was drained completely. During the stay we used the elevator and the smelll of marijuana was so distinct it was almost choking. I spoke to the front desk and they apologized, said they normally call the police but nothing gets done when they do. NONE of the hand sanitizing stations work in the hotel. I mentioned they were out of sanitizer and was told the push mechanisms are broken. And finally after coming back to the hotel after a day out our room remained untouched. No trash removal. No clean towels. No beds made. Another trip to the front desk. I travel about 75 nights per year and this is the single worst hotel experience I have encountered. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!!…
The maintenance person Rado was one of the rudest people I have ever met. We had 16 rooms booked for our baseball team for 2 nights. The sign at the pool says closed at 8:30 yet he comes out screaming and cursing that the pool was closed. When I asked for a towel he told me to walk to my room wet to dry off. I will never stay at another Stay bridge if this is the level of service you provide.
We have stayed her multiple times over the years and have had a great experiences. We were here over Memorial Day weekend and it was disappointing. Our two bedroom suite was fine. However, there was garbage bags and clothing in the hallways and a few of the rooms were having parties with noise late into the night outside by the pool and basketball courts.
We have been staying here several times a year for over 4 years and always loved it. This trip has changed our minds. Being very careful about Covid, I looked into their procedures —-on paper. When we go here...... Mask being worn by gentleman upon check in- that is over his mouth, under his nose- why bother? Many guests strolling around lobby in their wet swimsuits with no mask. I asked front desk why no masks and he said, “we try”, but never said anything to guests. When coming in n out of hotel, females at front desk had no mask on and neither did 99% of guests- chckng band walking around. So no- they don’t try. People walking around common areas drinking booze, with no mask at all and obviously intoxicated. Common areas dirty, plumbing not working. This place has gone so downhill (clientele and conditions) -obviously different owners or management. Asked for no housekeeping as I can’t trust employees to be clean n safe. Such a shame. This place was AWESOME, but now is well below average.…
