Marty & Ann were wonderful hosts. The house & rooms are beautiful. You feel like you've come home. Very cozy, clean & lots of art to enjoy. Breakfasts were delicious and company was delightful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there next time in Franklin.
The Witherup house is a lovely (and very large) home on a quant street in a quaint town. Ann and Marty are gracious and fun hosts and made our stay wonderful! The Allegheny River and bike trail is right around the corner. Great place!!
We really enjoyed our stay at The Witherup House. Ann and Marty were very hospitable and gave us great advice on restaurants and hiking. The breakfasts were amazing. There was fresh fruit, homemade bread, salami and cheese, yogurt, granola, and eggs and toast.

"They all looked good to me."
"You could hear the traffic quite well from our side room. I'm sure the front room would be much worse."
"The front bedroom with the porch on the street was nice to relax on with a cocktail in hand. However, there was loud traffic throughout the night. Choosing the back room would likely have been quieter."
"Every room is crafted for comfort- it won't matter which."
"All rooms had ample space."
