While I've only been here since 9 or 10 PM (it's 6.22 AM) I am surprised how nice this hotel is and how clean the rooms are. HD TV,clean fridge, comfy bed, microwave, digital clock that I plugged my phone into for some tunes; no complaints regarding the room. Free Wi-Fi and newspapers, plenty of complementary items like toothbrushes toothpaste razors shower caps sewing kits Combs shaving cream etc, the usual toiletries available on demand. No room service to speak of besides vending machines and a breakfast area. Nice gym area and inside and outside pool and a very small bar summed up the first Floor.
I accidentally let the room door close behind me after showering;in my pajamas without my room key I approached thefront desk and after some pleading and convincing and confirming my GF was indeed whos name the room was under, the front desk gave me another card to get back in. It took some convincing but I appreciated their efforts to make sure the guests and their property are safe and secure. Had I not known my gf's detailed info, it's clear I would be spending the next few hours in the lobby until she got back.
I was looking forward to the standard included Continental breakfast offered by most hotels but found that it costs 7 dollar extra. That being said, it was a very nice buffet and given the quality of the room Coupled with the discounted rates, 7 dollars was well worth it.
All in all after the finished renovations and a switch in management this place has definitely stepped its game up and is becoming par the course for most Clarion hotels.

Don't get me wrong, this is a very basic hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing special. However, every time I stay there it is quiet and clean. The fitness center is open 24/7 which is nice because I like to work out early when no one else is up.

Stayed one night while visiting the area. Not very impressed with the property. There were a lot of people hanging around - not sure if they were employees or guests. I would find a better place to stay the next time we're in the area

I have never stayed at a choice hotel before and only chose this one because of its proximity to my destination. I was very unhappy when I arrived and found that the toilet didn't flush properly, the mini fridge didn't work, there was no outlet on one side of the bed, the toilet paper holder had clearly been ripped from the wall and attached right above it. The mattress had a human sized indent on one side of it, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. And there was an eyelash behind the night stand. There was no do not disturb sign in my room when I arrived so the next morning when leaving I asked the front desk to let housekeeping know that we didn't want service. When we returned, housekeeping had entered our room and moved our things. Exactly what I had asked for them not to do. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was very cold and not welcoming at all. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If this is what Choice hotels are like, I'll stick with Marriott and Radisson.

l would never go there again or recommend this place. The room across us didn’t have a peep hole , just a hole! the hallways were dark and so was the bathroom by the conference room. In our bathroom the toilet ran all night and the light above the shower was flickering every time you turned it on. We stayed there for the weekend because my friend had a baby shower for her daughter in the conference room. The conference room was OK so I gave it a star one of their employees, Claudia came in to check on us to see if we needed help which is why I gave it another star she even came back before her shift ended again to make sure we were OK and to see if we needed help. The first room we had didn’t have any knobs on the heat control, and the ice machine on the floor was broke. They moved us to another floor. I’m just thankful I didn’t have a black light or luminal. This place is creepy and scary.

Inexpensive hotel and "conference center" . Checked in and out within 15 minutes because we did not feel safe. The lobby and hallways are dark with an overall smell of curry throughout the hotel and room. The room was dirty with what appeared to be mold along the edge of the bathtub and window ledges. Windows were greasy. Chipped furniture and rust stains in the toilet. There didn't seem to be many guests in the hotel. On a positive note, the desk staff was very polite and accommodating when we checked out. Refunded through Expedia.

I will keep this short as it will only take you a few seconds to understand my rating if/when you see this property in person. This hotel is an absolute mess. It is literally falling apart. The exterior is completely unkempt. There are birds nesting in the soffit and ceiling of one of the conference rooms. The parking lot is treacherous. The landscaping is overgrown with weeds. The pool is empty and looks as if the area was abandoned years ago. Mismanaged is an understatement. The GM only has his "apologies" when there is a complaint, but there are no resolutions. The place is a dump. There are many other options in the area. Stay away from this place.

This place is not a good hotel choice. I think Choice Hotels has let their standards slip quite a bit if this hotel meets their standards. If I needed a reason to use Choice Hotels less, this hotel would help me make that decision. Very busy and and loud lobby, hallway carpet to room filthy and worn. Room mattress well worn, TV channels limited and can't see channel your on. Bathroom had sticky floor, toilet paper roll holder falling off wall. Shower water warm at hotest setting. Walls in room stained. It's a shame this place is like this, probably was nice in it's day. I think the owners took on too much here. Maybe this is one of those government assisted housing places, I don't know, I think they are over their heads here.

This place is a dump. The room air conditioner grill was kicked in. Holes in lampshades. Graffiti scratched into elevator walls. Homeless individuals were roaming the halls reportedly being housed there by the county. Broken bath/shower faucets. It is a disgrace to call this a hotel. This place is a S**t Hole. I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I was on the top floor and there were thirty construction workers up on the roof. It was incredibly loud. Out by the pool with my daughter it was also incredibly loud with construction noise and filthy. The TV and phone were both out of order. And there were sketchy characters floating around on the main floor that actually made me nervous a couple of times.
I don't know how this place has 3+ stars. Don't stay here.
