I am suing this hotel in federal court for disability and racial discrimination. I was supposed to be here until summer 2021 as i have bad credit and cannot get a rental. They are allowing a corporate account to smoke marijuana and cigarettes inside of their rooms and to harass me. I have videos of these people outside my window harassing me. It is sickening what goes on here. They denied my reasonable accomodation request and do not know ADA law. They have corporate people in first floor ada suites and denied a room to a handicapped person as a result. The handicapped parking around back is also in the middle of the lot instead of next to the building. They are now throwing me out in the streets as david hirsch, general manager sends me derogatory emails. He is being added onto my case as a defendant. They allow the same corporate account to slam their doors all night long. It is after 4 am and it is still going on. The same guys are yelling they are going to beat somebody up and screaming at a woman they have in there to shut up and go to bed. I showed the videos to management who ignores them and instead throws me, the disabled person, out in the street. It is so loud i hear it in my room. David sits outside and chain smokes cigarettes all day long instead of doing his job. I did not know who he was. He hides behind an email. I went online and saw his picture and realize he is the angry man who chain smokes directly next to the back door every 15 minutes and throws his butts all over the ground. We lost power and i sat in my car for 2 hours and the man smoked at least 10 times in 2 hours, and he is the general manager of a non smoking hotel. Good grief. The front desk told me the hotel caters to these corporate accounts as they are only at 7 percent filled up except for weekends when people have weddings. They have many reviews where people smoke marijuana in their rooms and even physically fight while management does absolutely nothing. I asked them to move the smokers to another floor ( this is a smoke free hotel) and they refuse. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is not it. You will be harassed by david hirsch if you dare make any complaint whatsoever. In the meantime, i will be living in my car as other guests have to endure marijuana smoke and the beligerent nature of these corporate guests. Attached is the photo of the guests who are smoking dope and hatassing me. This is them outside my window drinking beer and trying to intimidate me I added on their company into my lawsuit also, osmose utilities services, inc.

We strongly caution any member of the TripAdvisor community to disregard this individual review and instead look at the combined reviews of our #1 rated TripAdvisor hotel for the last 6 years. It is a fact that the person writing this review has engaged in multiple lawsuits against neighbors and cities and other businesses in multiple jurisdictions. Most of the information provided in this review is patently false or egregiously exaggerated. While we believe this review should be removed for these reasons, it still remains the right of travelers to provide their subjective opinions on TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor recommends that all travelers take a conglomeration of reviews into consideration when making their choices for lodging.

The only positives to my stay here was that the room was very clean and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. The location is also great - right off the PA turnpike. The first issue I encountered was that there were huge trash bags and dirty towels and sheets outside my door and throughout other areas of the hallway that were there for the entire 2 days I was there. I donʻt understand why housekeeping could not be bothered to pick these up considering they passed by them numerous times while cleaning rooms. Secondly, if you are at high risk and are concerned about Covid-19, I would avoid this hotel. The housekeepers are supposed to be wearing face masks, but every single time I passed by one, they had it around their neck and would not even put it up correctly when you walk by. The lobby area constantly had drunk people walking through (from the bar area) with nobody wearing masks. I saw numerous guests chatting with front desk staff with no masks on. I would only see certain front desk staff trying to enforce their mask policy, but others could not be bothered it seemed. The outdoor seating areas were packed full every night with no one wearing masks or socially distancing. As someone who is at high-risk, but has to occasionally travel for work, it is important that I feel safe at a hotel and unfortunately I did not feel safe here.

While we are unable to verify some of your statements, such as the behavior of other hotel guests, we can state that our Restaurant and Bar have unfortunately been closed since March. We understand that this is a difficult time for us all, and we attempt every day to do the right thing for our associates and our guests, including asking any individual to wear their mask or wear it properly when in any public area. We will certainly share these comments with our staff, and simultaneously ask all guests to adhere to both CDC guidelines, state and local requirements, and those of HIlton, particularly when inside the building. I stayed here on business, but I got so much more. First off, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, you can’t get any better than this crew! The breakfast crew from the cooks to the ladies helping you at your tables, thank you! They can make a mean poached egg! The room was clean and perfectly appointed in every way. Thank you to the bus drivers! They toted us everywhere we needed to go! Then there was the entertainment... they made an evening after work a pleasure!
