This was our second year staying at the inn. We loved it! Our rooms have always been tastefully decorated, great amenities and wonderful proprietor. Fresh flowers as it was our anniversary get away. The breakfasts are amazing!! We will definitely be back in 2024!

Thank you Vickie and staff for a memorable anniversary visit. From the exceptional, bountiful breakfast to the top of the line linens, Vickie pays much attention to the fine details. Since it was a special occasion, she surprised us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a card, and special cupcakes from Ye Olde Bakery Shop. She also did this for my birthday a few years ago. Garden areas were lush and beautiful with some quiet areas for a little "happy hour"! It is obvious that Vickie enjoys this time of her life and shares that joy with her guests.

We stay at least once a year while visiting my mother in law. We meaning six couples…we take over the house. Vicki and Kevin are wonderful hosts…can’t begin to say how much they do to make us feel welcome and a home away from home. The breakfast is always outstanding, the rooms are so comfortable. We had a 90 th birthday celebration here today and they were beyond hospitable. I can’t recommend this B and B enough. If you want to feel like you are at a home away from home and treated so well…this is your place!

The beautiful, warm house, along with a very comfortable bed with gorgeous bedding was second to the gracious hospitality we experienced. Victoria (Vicke) made us feel like family the moment we walked in. That’s not an exaggeration. We also loved the inviting, shared space. So much so that at one point we decided to head back early from our day excursions to relax in the parlor with some coffee to read. And the breakfast…oh the breakfast…I will miss you! Thank you Vicke, Kevin and John.

Spent a wonderful weekend for annual sisters trip. B&B is pristine, wonderful breakfasts and entaging and knowledgeable inn keepers Victoria and Kevin. A surprise gem in the Gem City Will look forward to a return visit

My son stayed here a night after his motorcycle accident, and I went up to get him the next day and stayed another night. Wonderful property, spotless and nice room, even Keurig and snacks in the hall. Vickie was extra attentive to my son and John served up the best breakfast I could imagine. This place is a winner!

Conveniently found on the corner of Peach Street in downtown Erie, perfect location to visit all of the Erie landmarks and attractions within driving or walking distances. Cozy and welcoming, courteous, considerate and accommodating. Delicious breakfast and warm and friendly innkeepers. This is a place you can return to again and again!

Our ladies group have tried many B&B's so have developed a list of criteria. Victoria Inn meets them all. The rooms are all tastefully furnished, with such a variety of accommodations it should meet everyone's needs. The bedding and towels were so soft. The beverage and snack station for guests and chocolates in the room were such a nice extra. I always look for a B&B that offers a great breakfast, and this was divine! What makes Victoria Inn exceptional is the host Vicke. She goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We will certainly be returning!

Visited the weekend before Christmas. The house was lovely; and the halls were decked. The breakfasts were delicious, and change. There is a coffee bar and Polar water dispenser upstairs, close to the bedroom suites. Vickie is so personable. We stayed again in February and booked again a night for August. Each room has its own private bathroom.
