We were in Erie to go to a nearby bar to listen to a band and this place was within a 5 minute walks that was perfect for us. As all the other reviews have stated this was amazing from beginning to end. The rooms were super clean anreven had a sanitized remote control in a baggie, so that reassured me that Vicky, the owner, was very covid cautious and that suited me just fine. Anyway the room was cozy and comfortable, and was air conditioned with central air I was worried that being an older Victorian style home that in the hot weather we've ben having it would be puffy bit it was very comfortable, The room we had was spacious and could sleep 4, as it has two beds in two bedrooms, and a mini refrigerator. What really made this amazing besides all I have said , is the breakfast, Vicky makes breakfast for you and waits on you herself and the food and service we excellent. Also Vicky has a warm, friend and upbeat personality that makes you feel right at home I can't wait to go back again.

My family and I stayed for two nights at the Victoria Inn and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Our days were spent mostly walking and nature spotting on Presque Isle due to the pandemic. The house is beautiful and the rooms small but very comfortable. Our hostess Vicke was amazing and her gourmet breakfasts fantastic.
We had concerns about staying anywhere due to the pandemic but everything was very clean and there were bottles of hand sanitizer and disinecfant spray in the hall and rooms. Kuerig coffee, tea, and bagged snacks were available at all times. John was busy tending the beautiful gardens and quaint, comfortable outdoor seating areas.
We will definitely stay heer again. Thank you Vicke and John! Mike & Janis, Pittsnurgh, PA

On account of international travel bans, I stayed at the Victoria Inn Bed & Breakfast for a few weeks in September. Vicke, the owner, consistently pulled out all the stops and made me feel as though I was a new guest each day. My stay was excellent.

The Inn itself is beautiful and lovingly cared for. I enjoyed restful sleep and a productive work space. The breakfasts were delicious and, at times, downright decadent. The caretaker, John, looked after my road bike and was consistently available to let me in and out after evening rides.

The setting of the Inn is perfectly located in the heart of downtown with stunning sunsets overlooking the bay and numerous restaurants nearby for dinner or lunch.

I highly recommend this Inn for professionals or anyone desiring a place that feels like home.

My siblings and I (and our spouses) stayed at the Victoria Inn while in Erie visiting our mom. You could not have asked for a more gracious experience. Vicke and her husband (and helpers!) have made the Inn a lovely getaway. The attention to detail while they have restored the 1800’s inn does not go un noticed. If you love old architecture, you will love the “most original room” especially. For our visit the “siblings” gathered in the front room to talk and laugh and were always offered coffee or tea if it was pre-breakfast. Our breakfasts were culinary delights! Both days we had scones with the “first course” (wonderfully made by Aunt Jayne!) The second course was substantial enough that we were not hungry for lunch and was wonderful. Our room was toward the back of the inn and even though I could hear loud music when I was outside, I could not hear it in our room. For those concerned about cleanliness, do not be concerned. All was spotless. Loved the Victoria Inn…we plan to book it for next year when we gather!

Victoria Inn was a delight on all aspects of our stay. The Inn itself is beautiful and full of history and stories. It was very clean and well maintained. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable with all the small details attended to down to the softness of the towels. The common room upstairs offered coffee, tea and snacks. The breakfasts were of gourmet quality and made from scratch. I really can't say enough about the positive experience this was. The owners are a true delight and make you feel like family. I definitely recommend this place and will return!!

I am spending a few more days at my favorite lodging location in Erie. Vicke, John, and the staff at Victoria Inn Bed and Breakfast have again exceeded my expectations. The rooms are so clean, the bed so comfortable, the linens so clean, soft, and fresh. The breakfast is always an adventure in fine food and made to each guests own tastes, preferences, special dietary needs.

But what I really want to write about are the holiday decorations. The house is decked out for the season with colorful lights, tastefully decorated Christmas Trees, and so many other special holiday touches through the comfortable living areas. Escape for your holiday shopping or Erie area sightseeing by staying at the Victoria Inn Bed and Breakfast.

And new this year, less that a block away, is the just opened Flagship City Food Court. Featuring nine specialty food and drink vendors to please your palate with a wide variety of local and international foods this is the new “foodie” hot spot in Erie.

We stayed at the Inn to bike Route Z. Vicke & John stored out bikes for us overnight. We had a 100 mile ride planned & we did not have to stop for lunch! Vicke made reservations for us at a place she recommended, the place was wonderful. We will never stay anywhere else in Erie.

Our ladies group have tried many B&B's so have developed a list of criteria. Victoria Inn meets them all. The rooms are all tastefully furnished, with such a variety of accommodations it should meet everyone's needs. The bedding and towels were so soft. The beverage and snack station for guests and chocolates in the room were such a nice extra. I always look for a B&B that offers a great breakfast, and this was divine! What makes Victoria Inn exceptional is the host Vicke. She goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We will certainly be returning!

The Victoria Inn is a beautiful house located near the lakefront in Erie and close to Presque Isle Park. We could even walk down to the lake and enjoy the amazing sunset on the night we were staying there. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean. Our hostess, Vicke, was so understanding when we had to leave a day earlier than planned due to a sick animal. She cheerfully refunded our room fee and that is so much appreciated! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and we were only sorry we could only enjoy it for one morning. Thanks again for a brief but wonderful stay.

Victoria, her husband and brother made us feel so very welcome. They surprised us with a delicious cake and festive decorations for my husband's birthday. The breakfasts were superb, especially the blueberry pancakes and the stuffed french bread (with brie and candied apples). The house is charming and the landscaping is lovely. It is centrally located and close to Presque Isle's beaches. I would highly recommend the Victoria Inn for a romantic weekend or as a home base to enjoy Erie's waterfront, bike paths and casino.
