Dear Friends of ours planned a trip to Ephrata, Lancaster. The trip included a two night stay at the Kimmell House Bed and Breakfast. Our friends had stayed there on previous trips to Lancaster, their experience has been so pleasurable they know we would find it equally as enjoyable. First impression is the amazing large stone house, second impression is...

We had a delightful stay at the Kimmell House. The hosts are charming, the breakfasts delicious and our room was lovely. We stayed in the Hunt room which was pretty and comfortable. We loved the stone house and all its history. The little touches, like a kitchen full of freshly baked cookies and crisp apples made this B & B...

We stayed at the KImmell House B&B only one night but wish it could have been 100! The history, warmth and cleanliness of the property were surpassed only by the welcoming hosts, interesting guests and yummy breakfast: eggs, bacon, and authentic apple pan dowdy! It's walking distance to the Ephrata Cloister and just a short drive to historic Lititz and...

We stayed there during this labor day weekend, we were looking for an old stone house/ B&B to stay when we found this. it was an absolutely awesome stay. Last weekend was the third time that we have stayed at the Kimmell House B and B in Ephrata, PA. Although we are not frequent contributors to Trip Advisor, we felt that the excellent accommodations and service that Bonnie and David provide at this location needed to be shared. From the moment that you arrive at the property and view...

We live in the country, so staying at the Kimmell House was like a home away from home for us. This was our first trip to PA, so we didn't know what to expect, but Bonnie made us feel at home by welcoming us. The breakfast is like no other that we have tasted, the cookies were homemade;everything was made...

This 1795 stone house is authentically kept and the gardens are lovely. A large parking area is located at the side of the house where a walkway winds its way to the front door. The interior harkens back to a time when life was simpler as displayed by the colour choices, stencilling and colonial furniture. Each bedroom is inviting, clean...

We stayed here in mid-october and were extremely impressed. Authentic stone house built in the late 16th century with tasteful updates including hardware and detailing. we stayed in the Hunt room which was very large with a private bathroom as I believe all rooms have. Not too big and not too small. Very convenient location to all things Lancaster and...

Excellent stay. Bonnie is an amazing hostess. She was kind, accomodating, and an excellent cook! We stayed for two nights. Impressive beakfast both mornings. Bonnie provided suggestions for activities as well as dining. The house itself is beautiful, rustic and charming. We stayed in the Hunt Room which was extremely comfy.
