Elizabethtown/Hershey KOA is a great campground. We've been coming here for about six years, five of which were in a travel trailer. This year we rented the deluxe cabin. The cabin was nice, clean. Had two sets of bunk beds and a queen bed. Very comfortable. The campground is well kept. They added a new playground this year. Also redid the basketball court. Though they could use a new basketball. The pool is great. Always enough seats and clean. Kiddie pool too. The staff has always been nice and helpful. During quiet time at night it is usually quiet. Never had a problem with loud campers here. Over all I would definitely recommend this campground.

We have been coming to this campground every summer for about 10 years now while I attend a business trip. We always have a great time staying in a cabin here. The grounds are pleasant, the pool is great and it is quiet and restful. The staff does a nice job of keeping the place in good order. We will certainly be back next year!

Best KOA we have ever stayed at and we have been to over 25. Lots for kids to do, wide clean beautiful Patio spaces. Nice pool area, fire pits, firewood available, rock mining for Kids, several play grounds, about 5 Mikes from decent grocery store.

This KOA is well run and very organized. They keep visitors up to date via texts so we always knew when something fun was happening or when the camp store was closing. We were in a cabin. It was spotless and the patio with fire pit was wonderful. There were lots of families, but everyone was respectful and quiet hours were enforced.

Great KOA Campground to stay at. My husband and I stayed at this campground for a weekend in May with our two puppies. We were running late due to traffic delays and the staff was amazing! We arrived a little late and the office was closed, but a young lady was waiting for us and checked us in. They had a gentleman take us to our sight and made sure we were good for the night. Totally amazing and friendly staff! The campground was clean and they picked up the trash right at each campsite. We look forward to staying with this Campground again.

We recently traveled to this KOA for our annual fall friends camping trip. We had no problem on the day of checkin, but the next day we were treated like prisoners. We were spoken down to, called ignorant, told “We look like we didnt belong here”, and watched by a staff member who very frequently adjusted his genitals as he watched us. There are many more things i could go on about here, but i will keep it brief. We will never return and will continue to warn others of the disrespectful, rude and inappropriate staff here. Do not camp here! They are definitely not the type of people you want your children around.

Excellent KOA great staff spotless campground. Restroom/shower very clean. Located conveniently to attractions. Easy to get to. I would certainly stay here again and would be happy to recommend the place to anyone staying in the area. Love this KOA

They gave us permission to park campers facing each other and then lied and said no one approved that. They gave us 45 min to pack up bc we parked camper backwards and were very loud. Literally turned off the music as soon as they asked. And then they said we were too loud with 5 people sitting and talking around campfire. Basically they treat everyone disrespectfully and talk down to you. There is one guy named named Steve who was the only honest person we dealt with and the guy who initially brought us in. Funny that as we got a refund someone checks into our spot and they were saying they were able to FIND them a spot even though they had overbooked. Will never be back and will continue to warn others about this place with zero customer service skills.

This is our 2nd time staying at Elizabethtown/Hershey KOA. It won’t be our last! A beautiful campground with plenty of family activities and relaxation to be had. Friendly staff makes for a great stay! Can’t wait to return. Halloween camping is such a plus for our boys!

Excellent service. Staff was attentive and helpful. Beautiful facility! Owners were very attentive to customers and everyone was friendly. Store was a little short of food supplies but otherwise well stocked with a decent supply of camper needs.
