A Boutique Hotel with a Transcendent History, and timeless style in the Heart of Downtown Easton. Each of our 16 guest rooms was designed to have a look and feel that is entirely unique from the rest. The building is steeped in history and reflected in the original wood moldings, hand carved mahogany staircase, and mercer tiled fireplaces. The vibe is intimate, cozy, and warm. As you make your way west towards the Bank St. entrance there is a subtle transition with a bespoke feel that is modern and bright. The windows are large, there is abundant natural light, and spectacular, handmade metal light fixtures and stair railings round out the space. Located minutes from Route 22and I-78, on famed "Millionaire's Row" in Easton's historic district, we are thrilled to offer a unique guest experience.

Detailed Reviews
Between the friendly reception and warm welcome from GM Cassondra to the understated elegance and cleanliness of the hotel, the stay was a relaxing, comfortable, and beautiful experience from start to finish. The room itself was decked out with green tropicalia on the headboard, a flare of gold leaves on one wall, and deep emerald velvet curtains that made us want to luxuriate. The king-sized bed was cozy and comfortable coming from two people who's backs are choosy. Our bathroom was gleaming with sunlight and sparkling clean. The walk-in shower was gigantic, the white tile made it feel even larger, and the water pressure was the perfect balance of strong and gentle. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Townley.

We stayed at this great hotel in downtown Easton for our daughter's wedding, which was also in downtown Easton at the Bank Street Annex. We had three rooms reserved, and all 3 were excellently appointed. The Townley is associated with several restaurants in Easton, The River Grille and Three Oak Steakhouse, both within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel manager, Cassandra, was very accommodating, and paid great attention to detail during our stay. Please make sure you take the time to stop in the bar, Bar Bix, in the rear of the property, during warmer weather, it offers an outside courtyard area, as well as a covered area in a very cozy setting, with amazing drink options and a superb bar staff.
This is a must stay if you plan on visiting the Easton area.

Wow. I just want to start out by saying booking was so easy and every person I spoke to throughout my stay was beyond helpful and sweet. The bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean. We had an incredible stay Christmas night and I would highly recommend Townley as a must stay in Easton. The room and design of the entire boutique hotel are so unique and you can feel the time and thought put into it. Thank you thank you. It was beautiful.

Hotel neat, well constructed, good combo of old and new architecture. Hotel is not well insulated. Noises from above and next door make way to room.
Lackluster Continental breakfast / coffee provided.
Bar only. No food at night. Bar seemed to attract locals, which is good for $. But with no seats at bar nor at any tables for hotel guests. Kind of a negative
@200$ /night I paid, i could live w the negatives at $400/night probably not.

What a great stay! My husband and I just spent two nights celebrating our anniversary at the Townley House. All of the staff were friendly and so accommodating. The hotel and rooms were beautifully decorated, really clean and so cozy. The outdoor patio and courtyard were perfect to enjoy continental breakfast and late night drinks. The location was close enough to walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. While in town we also really enjoyed dining at both sister restaurants. Three Oak Steakhouse and The River Grille both offered great service and cuisine. We will definitely be back to stay at the Townley House and highly recommend it if you plan on visiting Easton.

My husband and I were looking for a Covid safe way to celebrate our 28th anniversary. We had an amazing stay at Townley House hotel. The staff was fantastic, greeting us with champagne at checkin and making dinner reservations at 12 Oak. The interior and room was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Rooms are oversized and unique. Huge glass shower with state of the art fixtures. Plush bathrobe and towels. Staff is amazing and knowledgeable about the hotel and the Easton area itself. Love this place. Will come back again.

Hotel advertises free parking but that's not exactly true. They have 2 parking spots in the back, first come first served. If you don't get one of these, you need to find street parking or park in the city garage a few blocks away. Otherwise good stay. Noise can be an issue.

At check, in I was greeted with a glass of champagne and a smile. Very welcoming! The room was neat and clean and was decorated amazingly! After my dinner meeting I returned and had a cocktail at the bar and enjoyed a cigar on the rear porch area. It was magnificent!!! I recommend this to anyone who loves a quaint small charming accommodation. Just AMAZING!!
Thanks,
Ronnie

I would STRONGLY avoid staying at this place. The parking is awful and the rooms, especially the ones over the bar, are VERY noisy. But more importantly, the front desk personnel and the manager, Cassandra, have absolutely NO sense of customer service. They charged us with a room cancelation, even when we gave more than 24 hours in advance notice AND they have an extensive waiting list to take our room. Not worth the cost and hassle that deal with these crooks
