If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never been treated with more disrespect. My sister reserved a block of rooms for her wedding 10/17/20 and booked a room under her name and one under mine. About 2 months before the wedding, she called to make a change only to find that despite having her card charged, they could not find the reservations. The front desk was very rude and unhelpful to the point she ended up calling the corporate number. Customer service ended up finding the reservation and sent her an updated confirmation number so there would be no issues when she checked in. The night of check in came and I could not arrive until the next day but she wanted to utilize my room to store some things for thr wedding so she check in both rooms, got one key for my room, and then left the other key for me. When I arrived the next day, I explained all of this to the woman at the front desk, Nequisha, who was incredibly rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, unprofessional, and was yelling at me all while not wearing her mask. She told me there was no key and that the person in that room had checked out. When I told her that wasn't true and that there were things in the room, she told me there was never a reservation under my name at all and not one for my sister for that room. I told her I had a confirmation number that she could look up, she continue to argue and yell at me until I asked her to look up the number. When she did, that number was not associated with my name despite the email stating otherwise. I then called my sister who was on her way to the hotel from her hair/makeup appt so she could confirm with Nequisha. Nequisha continued to yell and scream at me and refused to believe that we had a key to that room. My sister arrived at the hotel when Nequisha sent another staff member to go check if the room was occupied, the staff member came back and stated it was empty which sent my sister, who was getting married in 2 hours, into an absolute panic freaking out and crying because her dress had been in that room and now it was supposedly empty. Eventually Nequisha escorts us to the room, still maskless and not maintaining proper social distancing from us, my sister puts the card in the door and it opens. The room was filled with her dress as well as the other items she had left in the room. Nequisha then calls her staff member a F#&@ idiot and turns to leave without any apologies whatsoever. When I asked her her name, she told me "you don't need to know my name." Stay far away from this disorganized and disrespectful hotel.

Wanted a place to stay while visiting the neighboring towns and see some foliage, wineries and parks. Upon arrival and check in, I asked the front desk about parking and what’s the best way to get to out rooms. They guy had us go out the front door and go around the building and come back through the front again. Well, just so happen as we were walking, there was a staff who told us to go to the door in th back that led us to our rooms without having to walk back to the front of the hotel. Hmmm, the front desk really needs to know the lay of the hotel instead of giving incorrect directions. Although the staff was very accommodating, here are some photos of how our room looked like. Bathroom was pretty dirty as you can see by the pictures. There was a brown spot on the tub that I didn’t even want to touch and the side of the toilet was filthy. The door stopper was way off the mark from the door knob. The toilet amenities is for one person, single use (note it was my husband and I in the room). I put my toothbrush next to them for comparison so you can see how small they are. The envelope for gratuity was dirty and recycled with a note from the last guest. So, did they really clean the room as per COVID-19 procedure to keep guests safe??? Best part of the stay is how they say “free breakfast.” Turns out free breakfast is only on weekdays. So come Monday morning my husband said nothing was open. He asked the front desk and was told they had it behind them. Your breakfast choice is a mini muffin and a fruit as shown in the photo. This is the grab and go breakfast folks. One kind of muffin and either an apple or orange. I don’t think I will ever stay at this chain of hotel again. Would you? Why even offer breakfast. Shame, shame, shame.

clean hotel, located right off highway. Always a friendly smile and welcoming staff. Sabrina at front desk helps us when we needed suggestions and checked in to ensure we liked our room, too. Wished I could’ve stayed longer but I had to go back to work

Lisa at the front desk was very helpful. She went above what is required at check in. Nice to have front desk that seem to care about there guests.ive had good experiences while staying here. It's a hotel at the end of the day. Not a resort. The staff have been nice and helpful.
