Virtually no housekeeping, long waits for bottled water and soap - things that should already be in the room. Not clean. Run down and rooms smell like smoke. Starbucks is a joke - counter staff cannot foam milk properly, A coworker was covered in bed bug bites. Avoid!!!
I can say I’ve spent over 80 nights in Marriott’s in the last year and checked out of this hotel early after two nights and checked into a non Marriott hotel, sacrificing all the points I would have earned the rest of my business trip. I’ve never had this bad of service from a Marriott before, and not for lack of effort. The staff was, well, present. If I ever had a question, after at least 15-20 minutes of waiting in a line of people for assistance, it would be interrupted by someone turning to speak on a walkie talkie or answer a call. They were busy, and probably understaffed, but it did not afford for the level of service expected with the Marriott brand. No one has the time to wait 20 minutes to charge a bottled water to their room. Every guest services member I spoke to was less welcoming and clearly distracted. The brisket quesadilla was delicious though. …
Only here for a short stay prior to a flight the next day. However, hotel was comfortable and convenient to the airport. Traveling for business necessitates hotel stays of 10 hours or less at times and this was one of them. Needed a place to sleep before an early morning flight. The hotel is located about a 10 min drive to the airport (super close) with free parking (though parking lot can be really dark at night). The hotel lobby was decent sized, a few check in counters and then a good size bar / restaurant. Check-in went fairly smoothly, not too many people. Just missed the club lounge closing so no idea how nice it was. Rooms were standard Marriott fare, spaciois enough, with some updates. Bed was fine (I can sleep in most any kind of hotel bed). Wi-fi worked well. Bathroom was ok size, typical for a mid-level property. You'll find what you'll need here, but nothing much more.…
We were at the hotel this Veteran's day weekend for a youth hockey tournament. I think with all the teams and the normal hotel bookings, the hotel was at capacity. The hotel has been here for 20+ years and the recent renovation is fabulous. Rooms are very sleek and comfortable. Our only complaint would be the elevators. There are 3, but they were completely bogged down during 'rush hours'. Parking is adequate, but be ready to walk when the hotel is this full unless dropping off/picking up, at the entrance. Staff were very nice and helpful. Robinson Township hub is just an exit away, which offers many restaurants and chain stores. Onsite gym was also very nice.
Nicely remolded. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again and I have been in my fair share of hotels. This property is listed as one of the top hotels near the airport for a reason. Not much else needs to be said, but I have to hit 200 characters!
Check in was efficient. Wifi good. Marriott Titanium upgraded to the concierge level. Lounge was nice with good evening snacks and breakfast. Room had all the Marriott expected amenities. Shuttle back to airport was prompt and not crowded. I did not eat at the restaurant but used Uber Eats twice which gave me extra Marriott points and there were a lot of choices with quick deliver. Gym was nice but I did not see a Peloton bike.
Very impressive, especially compared to the other area Marriott properties, like Courtyard, Fairfield, and Sheraton. Also, impressive compared to other Marriott brand hotels that I’ve stayed in over the past couple of years. From the moment I checked in, service was great! All of the staff seems to really care and goes out of their way to assist and make contact with guests to ensure all is well. The property itself is very clean, well-maintained and looks great! It’s clearly recently renovated, which definitely helps! There’s a nice, good sized pool that’s indoors and a gym just beyond the pool with lots of equipment and room for several guests to work out simultaneously. The on-site restaurant is actually a legitimate restaurant, not just a place that heats up pre-made food. They have a full bar with bartenders and servers in the restaurant as well as a pretty decent sized menu, loaded with some interesting items. Housekeeping did a great job taking care of my room while I was here, it was refreshed daily (like it’s supposed to be!) and made to look like a new room each time. The towels are very soft and absorbent! The charging ports in the room are located in many places, from beside the bed to the desk and near the TV. Elevators work perfectly and are prompt when you call them and quick to take you to the floor you requested and parking is ample and not a far walk from the front door. Overall, I am VERY happy with this stay and will stay here again… Especially since I’ve been visiting every other week for several weeks now for work.…
Full disclosure, we only picked this place based on price and location. My expectations were pretty low, not exactly aided by recent headlines about food poisoning at an event at the hotel ;) But this turned out to be a very good choice. Ample, free parking, truly wonderful check-in staff, good location not far from downtown and comfortable furniture. We stayed on the top (concierge) floor, so we lucked out and got a very nice view. The concierge lounge wasn’t anything to write home about, but at least it was open. We had breakfast in the lobby restaurant and enoyed the offerings. The only negative was that we couldn’t find any luggage carts, but I would still return in a heartbeat!
had a great 2 nite stay at the airport marriott- beautiful lobby, updated, stylish rooms and friendly staff…was acknowledged as titanium but no upgrade was available- free parking was a plus…hotel was pretty busy but hallway noise was minimal…it was nice the concierge lounge was open but it fell flat on offerings…there should be a standard set by corporate as M lounges vary so dramatically…this one needs an upgrade across the board…we enjoyed our stay as it was the perfect location for our trip…we would stay here again and recommend to others…
Stayed for one night. The hotel staff working the desk at the check-in did a great job. They were friendly, helpful, and and made sure all of my room preferences were addressed. The room itself was modern and clean but showed some signs of normal wear and tear. The room was on the top floor so it was quiet and the view was nice. The common areas were spacious and there was a nice patio area adjoining the lobby. The hotel is in a nice location with shopping and lots of restaurants joust a short drive away. This Marriott property isn't top of the line but it was perfect for a one-night stay.
