My boyfriend and I went to Seven Springs on Labor Day and were very disappointed. Even though it was a holiday all of the shops were closed early and there were no events or special activities taking place. The resort was empty of guest other than a wedding party that was visiting which created an atmosphere that reminded me of...

Dear guest, I am not sure on the exact date you were here as a day guest, but we surely had many events offered here during the Labor Day weekend. Everything at the Resort was open during that time period. There was live entertainment daily and nightly... inside and outside. A kids carnival was throughout our festival grounds and our...

My 10 year old daughter and I (& our Papillion) spent two nights at Seven Springs and had a BLAST! Arrived mid-afternoon on a Sunday and spent the day between the indoor & outdoor pools and game room; enjoyed late evening pizza in the room while watching the Disney Channel. We got up early the following day and headed to...

Dear guest, There are so many things to do at Seven Springs, especially when you get the all-day unlimited activity wristband. I'm glad we could provide the fun! Thanks for sharing your experience with us and we hope you visit us again soon. The guest service rep in the main lobby was rude. Starbucks only had ONE employee working on LABOR DAY weekend and the wait time was over 35 minutes for a coffee!! They quoted a discount rate on rooms for a wedding package and come to find out the regular rate for the same rooms was lower AND they got a...

We visited Seven Springs for the first time with our teen boys and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and the weekend package was a good value. We stayed for two nights and breakfast was included both mornings along with a buffet dinner one night. Also included was an activity bracelet that covered the alpine slide, summer...

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to send us a review on Trip Advisor. We are glad you and your family had fun with the many activitiies we had to offer on the Labor Day package. Staff seemed angry and not helpful. They stood around and watched us struggle with luggage. The "resort" nickel and dime you for everything. The rooms were old and dirty. The computer were down when we arrived I think they are still running windows 95. I would avoid this place if possible.

Overall, I wasn't impressed with our stay at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The room was nice enough, but the staff was not overly accommodating, the food didn't wow us, and the layout of the resort is very odd. It's convenient to activities, but I'm not sure that's worth the high prices (on both rooms and food). Issues started immediately upon...

Dear guest, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience for the computers being down upon your arrival. The "piece of paper" does act as a secure ID card for all guests to utilize throughout our Resort. Due to the demand of the Resort over the years, another building was added, while still connecting to the other building that already existed. This...

I would actually give this place a 3.5 because they're a little better than average, but not enough to justify the price. We stayed here for a wedding during the summer, and since we were mostly just looking for a place to lay our heads after the reception, I reserved the least expensive room, which with taxes and fees was...

Our niece reserved a block of rooms @ Seven Springs; that's the only reason we stayed there. Being childless, by choice, we prefer couples, only resorts. We had never been to this resort & would have appreciated some sort of orientation, when we checked in. The front desk did not familiarize us with the lay-out of the property & all...

We actually stayed in a condo unit on top of the mountain, but booked through the resort with check in and out at the hotel. We checked in on Christmas day 2013 for 3 days; the reservation came with 8, 3 day ski passes also which more than covered the cost of the condo. Check in went smoothly and were...

Average rooms that have recently been updated. No refrigerators or microwaves or safes. Food choices are limited and pretty much no late night service in any of the restaurants. Very frustrating if you arrive late in the evening and are looking for something to eat. The vending machines are about all you can find. Everything is quite expensive. Supposed to...

Dear guest, The Pizza shop and the Bavarian are open until 11pm Sunday-Thursday. The pizza shop is open Friday/Saturday until 2am. Being a manager who works late nights through the week, the request for food beyond 11pm is very rare. However, we did extend our hours of operation for food based on customer feeback. Approximately 18 months ago, the Bavarian...
