Only stayed one night but wish it was more...next time. Robin and Kit were amazing hosts. Very friendly. Great history to the property and Robin gave us a tour. They have some pet friendly rooms and also place for your horse if needed. Beautiful property with a nice pond and labyrinth across the street to walk around and horses on the main property. If you are traveling with your horse or horses and need a place to stop over.....THIS is the place. Can't wait to go back when we are passing thru. Breakfast was excellent! All around 5 stars!!

Clean, pleasant rooms and lovely grounds. Great location for Carlisle and hiking in nearby state parks. The owners are friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was outdoors and wonderful. We would go there again.

A charming, well maintained historic B&B run by Robin and Kit. The rooms were well appointed, sheets comfy, water pressure excellent, food superb, gardens and farm enjoyable, and the company entertaining. You can't ask for anything better from a B&B. We are looking forward to our next visit with them. Pheasant Field B&B is a true gem.

My husband and I really enjoyed our two nights day at Pheasant Field B &B in Carlisle Pennsylvania. The accommodations were exquisite. We stayed in the library suite with a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. We had lots of space to spread out. The breakfasts we're delicious. The chefs Kit and Robin use fresh vegetables from their garden and other local produce. The eggs were fresh from their own hens on the premises. Their freshly made scones were light and tasty. The breakfast room is lovely with old brick walls and a fireplace ; Very conducive to relaxing. The pastoral surroundings included a fountain, horses, and lots of grassy areas in which to walk. The owners, Kit and Robin, were very friendly and accommodating. We felt right at home although we had never been to Carlisle Pennsylvania before! We originally planned our stay around a guided hiking experience with Adventure Explorations. After our 3-hour hike through the Appalachian trail it was wonderful to come back to the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub in our suite at Pheasant Field B &B. We will definitely stay there again to explore more of the surrounding area and experience the comfortable welcoming atmosphere of Pheasant Field B&B.

Delightful one-night stay in a lovely brick PA country farm house with old stone barn in back, big pond across the road, and nearby cultivated fields, located just minutes off I-81 in Carlisle, PA, where suburbia has not yet fully encroached. Rocking chairs on the front porch; expansive brick patio in the rear. Our room was a spacious, first floor suite with electic country decor. Innkeepers were lovely people who responded graciously to our every request, including multiple suggestions for restaurants that might accommodate a larger family gathering in the area. The locally sourced breakfast in a sunlit lounge was made even cosier with a crackling fire in the large fireplace on a chilly spring morning.
