Stayed here for two nights during a Penn State Football weekend because it was the only place with availability. There was a 2 night minimum stay at $199 per night! When we pulled up to the motel we were disappointed in the dark drab exterior. This place definitely needs updating, a paint job and the addition of a decent Lobby!... More

The room is small but adequate in size, clean overall (did see some 1-2 stink bugs). The staff were friendly and check-in/out process was easy. Parking is free. The location is good for PSU events- about a 10 minute drive from campus.

The room was small but clean. It met our needs--a reasonably priced room when it was too cold to camp. We prefer a hard bed and the on we had was quite soft but I'm sure others would be happy with this.A continental breakfast was offered but we left before it was available.

Noisy because walls are paper thin, not clean, the clock radio doesn't work, in the morning the hot breakfast wasn't set up, we had to prepare our own coffee,no pancake mix do to desk clerk not being trained on how to set it up. I wouldn't call that a hot breakfast,it's more like a continental breakfast. If you could call it that.... More

Fridge, but no microwave in the rooms. Breakfast is super stingy...one of each kind of pastry. The bagels were super thin and weird. Juice from machine. Wifi was pretty weak during peak times...but workable. Just had a cheap stingy feel to the place. Other than that it was par for a Econo Lodge and I would stay there again.

Traveled from TN to PA, had business in Bellefonte. Room was adeq uate size for a one night stayover. Fridge was a little loud so we just unplugged it. Bathroom lacked a fan. The complimentary breakfast was fine, coffee was hot, the pastries were fresh, and the juice was cold.

Stayed one nite and found it to be clean and comfortable. A little too far off Hwy 80 for my liking but was quiet as a result. The breakfast was so so with coffee/rolls/Danish. The wi if was reasonably fast and the password easy to get from the front desk Good experience overall

We traveled to visit family in Bellefonte, PA this week-end. It was possibly the best time of the season to have traveled, because of the drive through the mountains was gorgeous with the colored leaves. We were not looking for a resort, merely a place to rest our weary heads before traveling home in daylight the next day, so we... More

Aside from a few fixable peeves, our room at this Econo Lodge was entirely adequate, with a large room, fridge, tv, wifi, heating/cooling, parking at the door, and all rooms at ground level without stairs. Note to mobility impaired folks: the bathroom did not have accessibility features such as handrails and the shower can not be rolled into.) Peeves: The... More

Drab on the outside, in a dreary locale, this basic budget motel is fine inside. The front desk clerk was friendly and hepful. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The bathrooms are new. Rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and refrigerators, in-room coffee, and very good wi-fi.
